These guys came and helped me out with a large tree cleanup after a company I hired to cut down a tree told me the price they quoted me did not include tree removal. Excellent work and at a good price.

I am not a customer, but one of my neighbors is. I live at the end of a street and Kozy UnCare has driven through my flower beds multiple times when turning around. Last summer they backed into a shrub hard enough to cause enough breakage such that it needed to be removed. I am frequently outside and have witnessed their poor driving (through my flowerbed) multiple times, including this week. There is plenty of room to turn around (it may take more time and require a couple of back and forths), but these rude people would rather drive onto my property with me standing there rather than taking the time to drive carefully. DIsappointing that a business thinks they can operate that way!

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I can't believe the childish crap you and your employees pulled after trying to screw a single mother over. You don't deserve to be in business at all and I hope these actions that were caught on camera were worth it.

Terrible selfish company trashed a clients yard. Dumping waste in a clients yard you've tried to extort money from is insanely childish. caught on camera! disrespectful. even if she did owe you money you don't operate a business like that! Vindictive and immature owner. Never, NEVER use this business. Maybe you should think about being caught on camera before you trash someones yard. Childish and unprofessional! How does being internet famous feel?

Waking up to a beautiful landscaped yard! Thanks to Joe Kozy, Justin and Danny!! They have worked on my landscape mulching, yard care advice and spraying cedar trees for over 5 years. Each year one phone call connects me to experts. They are great with scheduling and go beyond the service. They are knowledgable and I trust them to provide expert advice. I appreciate having a professional team. They make my life so much easier. Joe, your team is so polite and just great young men. Thank you once again.

Anyone who uses this company better make sure they have their agreed price in writing, unless you want the same business practice that happened to a single mother of two, while she was at work!

Even if she didn't pay you, you had have the law and courts to help you and still keep a good professional image.

They pull the bait and switch with customers. They will quote you a price then charge double. They will then throw other customers trash on your property destroying your yard. Stay away from this company

Overall have been really pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work being done at our place. Mowing is always professional, on time, and able to work around an occasional hose or toy that gets left in the yard. Really grateful for Joe and the crew.

My place of work uses them for lawn care and snow removal and they are THE WORST. They are cheap, but so is their quality. They will ABSOLUTELY take advantage of you if you don't babysit their every move. They want to know BEFORE the snow even falls if you want them to come out and shovel... like seriously? Then the owner of the business wines when asked to come out and shovel... do you not want money??? Not to mention damage they've caused to our property as a result of their service. If I had any say in the matter, we would absolutely be pursuing other options. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. NOT WORTH IT.

I have been using Kozy for a year and am very happy with service. I’m retired so I’m on limited budget. They are great to work with and have always been very professional.

I sure wish I would have checked reviews before hiring Kozy! I called for a one time mow. The owner Joe said he would have someone out the next day. At 3:15pm the next day no one had been to my house yet. I called to see if they were still coming. Joe put me on hold to see what happened. He said I was on the schedule, but they didn’t make it out. He didn’t know why, but he would make sure they came out the following morning. Two guys came out the next day. When I went out and looked at it later, they mowed over a white plastic ball, destroying it but didn’t bother to pick it up. There was also a huge (basketball diameter) chunk of grass and weeds left on my sidewalk right next to the destroyed wiffle ball. On the other side of my house, they ran a whole pass of their wide mower into my neighbor’s lawn. There are stakes in the yard marking our property lines. Pretty hard to miss! When I called to talk to Joe about my disappointment in the entire interaction, his demeanor was VERY different from when I called to hire him. Not a single apology. Obviously irritated to be talking to me, he was dismissive, unprofessional and just gave excuses for everything I brought up. One of which is that there were probably so many leaves in the yard, he couldn’t see the ball when he mowed it over. There were MAYBE 20 leaves in my entire yard at the time! Even if that were the case, it was OBVIOUS by the time they were done and they should have picked up before leaving. Joe said he couldn’t see this happening as the guy that mowed “is really good”. He said he would call and see what happened, then call me back that afternoon. I never heard from him again. He did make sure to get my invoice to my house within 2 days though!! Take my advice, along with the many other people on here to take your business elsewhere!!

I reached out to Kozy Lawn after we were unable to get in contact with our previous company. Joe gave us a quote for a great price the same morning even for our very large backyard and even got it mowed that day. We are so impressed with how quickly they took care of us and the time they spend making sure our lawn looks nice each week. We are certain we made the best choice and would highly recommend them!

Do a quick deep dive on this company and the Kozol family — you’ll soon realize that you don’t want these people anywhere near your home.

Great group of guys! Professional and affordable prices. I also have a couple of storage units with Kozy that I have had for 8-9 years and it’s been a great experience! Kozy is a great guy and he definitely has a customer for years to come!

I watch them do my neighbors yard and I’m not sure why they still use them. The yard looks very subpar and they constantly leave the yard covered in trash, from not picking it up before mowing. I’ve also witnessed the chemical applicators applying herbicides without any PPE that is required by the state. Every time they come to their property I know it’s them cause they always slam the trailer ramp on the concrete instead of easing it down. I also stopped frequenting the kwik shop by my house in the mornings, due to the “crew” getting gas there and being overly obnoxious in the parking lot, yelling/cussing at each other. There is a lot better lawn services in Omaha by far!!

My job contracts kozy out and it's an ongoing theme where they don't finish the jobs they're supposed to the reason for the 2 stars is because the rest of the sidewalks and parking lot are clear but yet there's a solid sheet of ice and they dumped all the snow onto the stairs this is the third time they've done this to the stairs. Usually I'd take the silent approach but this is the third time on the stairs and I fell on the sheet of ice trying to remove it myself. If you want 75 percent of a good job kozy is the guys you want to call they will leave the last 25 percent to you.

What a great company and service. I recently hired them to do my snow removal after subpar service with two other companies. Kozy has always been there without asking or hounding them to come out. Recently during the blizzard, they worked after hours (9:00pm) to ensure that my home was cleared of more than 6in of snow. I will continue to use them and hope to have them do my lawn cutting, maintenance and cleanup when that season starts. Thank you Kozy for being professional and going above and beyond for us little home owners!

They did a good job on my grass but I don't like "their" classification of "landscaping" which they will charge extra to trim the weeds in my driveway and around my garage, resulting in overgrown weeds left behind that I'm forced to deal with.

I purchased a home a little over a year ago and continued using Kozy as the lawn care company as the previous owner did. I could not be happier with my experience. These gentlemen are very personable and keep detailed notes on my lawn. This morning I was getting my mail and Bob (who I had never met) happened to be driving past finishing up work on a nearby property. He took the time to turn around and come ask me about how my lawn was doing and how their services have been. This made my day. Being treated like this in Omaha was not expected but is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend to anyone. P.s. my lawn is by far the best looking in my neighborhood.

I like to mow my own yard still, but it makes more sense to have the professionals at Kozy to take care of the fertilizer and aeration, the crew that fertilizes and aerates for us is terrific. My lawn looks awesome!
