I called Action flooring and carpet cleaning on Saturday May 2nd. We were closing on our new home that smelled so badly like animal, I could hardly stand it. We were in rush to have it done before we moved in on Monday May 4th. They were able to come out in Sunday May 3rd and clean the carpets for us. The animal smell was GONE and hasn’t come back. I was fully expecting to still smell animal and be forced to replace the carpet and pad, so when we walked in after they were done we were blown away! I can’t thank them enough for getting the carpets done in such a small time window. I will always refer my family and friends to them! 10/10 recommend this company!

I've used Wes and his company for years. He does an outstanding job on carpets and went above and beyond on our front entry marble. I'm in real estate and have referred him to many happy clients over the years too!

Wes came to the rescue after a bad experience with Stanley steamer and did a great job. Carpet was spotless and all the stains that was initially told will never come out were gone! Job well done.
