Carpet cleaning turned out very well - service technician (James) was courteous, competent, and explained all procedures well.

Highly recommend using Air Force One Carpet Cleaning for all your carpet, flooring, and upholstery needs. They were great with communication, keeping me updated on schedules and when my technician was arriving, and explaining their services. I hoped I could get my carpets cleaned last minute as I have a baby due very soon and they went the extra mile to make it work for a fair price. Both the in-office staff and the technician were wonderful, kind and helpful. Tech was very thorough in his work and made the whole process such a relief. Because they use non-toxic, safe chemicals I didn't have to worry about my toddler walking on the carpets. We were able to get back to our regular day as soon as they were done. We live in an apartment and they were able to make it work just fine, no issues or extra hassle.

I'm so glad I came across this company. Scheduling was easy and Linda was very helpful. James was our technician. He arrived on time and was thorough in his walkthrough and explanation. He did an excellent job. The carpet looked fantastic and thankfully there wasn't a lingering chemical smell. This has been my best experience with a carpet cleaning company, and I highly recommend them!

Great value, quality workmanship. We bought our pristine, white rugs before we had children and cats. Lately our rugs have been looking more grey than white. I was going to replace them but my wife's boss suggested calling Air Force One Carpet Cleaning. I took his advice and I am glad I did. I never leave reviews but I just had to for these guys and for Linda.

Dave, our assigned technician, was punctual and polite. He gave us an honest assessment of the service to be done, and he honored the same affordable price Linda the friendly telephone lady quoted us.

The BEST carpet cleaning experience we have ever encountered. Not only did they get out some very tough stains in the kid's rooms, they got the dog urine stain out of my wife's favorite chair.

My personal favorite part of the service was the tile cleaning. We waited way too long and the grout in our basement family room was black from people coming in and out from the lake all summer last year. They got it back to the original white color and they sealed it so it will stay that way longer.

Very professional. I love how they support the military and law enforcement. Will definitely use again and will be recommending to friends and family.

They were highly recommended in the NextDoor app so I called and they cleaned my dining room w/traffic to the sliding door and my off-white linen sofa, a tough material to remove all dirt. Pet stains were lifted and deodorized; Steve got some spray hair dye off!

My main level looks fabulous and smells of vanilla bean!!! I am a lifetime customer now. They are solely based on customer service/satisfaction, efficiency and the communication from the receptionist to the professional is a 10/10.

The cleaning looks especially thorough.

Started off with a call 30mins before arrival. Met James, highly professional, and ready to work. There are no guarantees that all stains can be removed. That being said, James removed all the stains I could see. The proof is in the pictures. World class job and I am entirely satisfied with their punctuality, work, and price.

Air Force One Carpet Cleaning did an exemplary job in cleaning my 26 year old carpets. James did an excellent job, showing superior customer service skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. I definitely recommend them and will call on them again in the future. Thank you.

Wow! Just had Air Force One Carpet Cleaning out for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The gentleman arrived on time wearing a white shirt and a necktie and white gloves! He was dressed so well my wife thought he was a salesman or something lol.

He was on time (a bit early, actually) and he was very friendly. He also gave us the total price before starting, which was well received after the last company we used.

The tile or I guess the grout in our bathroom was black from all the lotions and hair products and just our neglect. It literally looks brand new like it did when we moved in. I posted a pic of it here. He got the dog pee out of our imported rug and out of our carpeting and it SMELLS SO MUCH BETTER!

The nicest touch for my wife and me was when the owner of the company stopped by to say hi and make sure the service was meeting our expectations. He was really sweet and brought some coloring books for the kids and a dog treat for our furry family member.

I am sooooo happy we chose this company. We didn't know who to call when we first started looking, but I guess we got lucky.

We had our bedrooms, basement and stairs cleaned for a great price. I was amazed on how clean the stairs looked when they were done. James was very friendly and straightforward.
