Jose and Dennis were great! They arrived on time, were friendly right from the beginning, and worked fast and efficiently. They were very open to hearing all the questions I had and were very knowledgeable (even teaching me things about the area I didn’t know). As a new home owner, they were very transparent and recommended me all the proper services to get my home to where I wanted it to be. Although we chose to go with a more costly sanitizing service, they set me up so I could have easier cleanings in the future. I would recommend them for routine cleanings so you can get a discount with the package they offer! 10/10 I will be requesting them in the future.

I received carpet steam cleaning for pet urine spots. We had been trying to remove them with our home steamer with some sucess, the stains were only two months old. I realize they are hard to remove, but that's why I called a professional. Honestly, now that its dry, its better, but not but a as much as I expected. The technicians were very professional and friendly but didn't spend a lot if time on my carpet. Not very satisfied for the price I paid, expected more from such a reputable company.

I had 3 rooms cleaned and sanitized on 11/24. As our living room started to dry the smell began to get worse and worse. I tested one small section of our carpet with our steam cleaner with only the hose attachment. I didn’t use any detergent, only water. I have attached the photo of our used tank from just using it on the floor. I’m assuming the entire carpet is this way as well.

Stanley steamer is amazing I'd recommend them to anybody! For the past 2 days I've been trying to get the original company I had an appointment with to clean my carpets. The 1st day they were late, never called until an hour after they should have been here and tried to come later in the evening when I had to wake up at 2 o'clock in the morning. needless to say, it wasn't going to happen so I had to reschedule that appointment for 2 days later yet again, they're 30 minutes late with no phone call. When they did finally call me, I told him to cancel it. I was done! I called Stanley steamer, and within an hour. I had 2 technicians at my house. Not only were they on time, they did the most amazing work. They were friendly courteous and I couldn't be more happier! Stanley, steamer, you saved the day for me and just in case anyone wants to know that other company was big red carpet cleaning

Jose and Malaki were professional and courteous and did a 5 star job cleaning our carpets. The reason for the 4 stars is that we didn't receive a text prior to their arrival from their Office. We have pets that scattered on their arrival, making for a stressful containment situation. Other than that I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer.

Both Guys Sent a Message Ahead Saying they Would Be Arriving Soon. They Came in and Introduced Themselves and Explained the Process and Got Right To It. I Could Actually Hear Them Scrubbing The Dirt/Stains out of The Carpet As Best They Could. It Came Back Looking Much Better Than Before. I am Pleased With The Results These Guys Produced. Make Sure You Get This 2 Man Team To Clean Your Carpets in Your Home.

We just finished having a kitchen remodel and dust and pets for 20 yrs here. It was time. Both techs extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Will highly recommend to anyone that asks me.

The team came timely and were polite. Pleased with them but not with the results. The job was done quickly, less than 10 min, and l specified the need to remove dog hair, l had to request to do the bottom and even with reminders there was so much hair left on the upholstery.

This was purchased second hand, only reason l felt like hiring out was bc they would do a more thorough job than myself. The sanitizer and deodorant seem to work, but not pleased with the fact that seems like they didn’t vacumn dry to start and added the products over.

For what l paid, $130+ l would have done it myself and a much better job. Dissatisfied

The crew showed up ready to get to work. It was great to have both Jose and Dennis start with introductions and hand shakes. I showed them the area and they went right to work. They were professional and personable. There was no pressure sales just information about their services. When they completed everything they left everything clean and dry. They made sure I was well informed on drying time etc. Both Jose and Dennis were great about everything and after everything they left with final handshakes. Super guys!!!

The online scheduling process and confirmation process were also excellent. I will definitely recommend Stanley steamer and we plan to use them again.

Stanley Steemer’s Duct Cleaning crew, Malacai and Johnnie were outstanding! They had personality and when speaking with them about the service they were providing, they explained the entire service from top to bottom (literally). lol
They addressed our concerns and we could tell that they legitimately cared about doing a great job for us. They told us how long it would take and they actually were completed before that time arrived. They were so polite and respectful that we invited them back to watch a basketball game with us. We would have this service completed again from Stanley Steemer. We would definitely ask if we could have Malacai and Johnnie perform this service again.
