Big Red is fantastic and their integrity is unmatched. They reviewed our pet urine stains and told us that carpet replacement was necessary where they could’ve easily just told us to try to clean it first. However, their POST system works extremely well for pet caused odors in carpet when they stains are removable.

I had a great experience! Everyone was so wonderful and friendly. Very willing to work with us and informative every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Big Reds ALWAYS does a great job cleaning my light color carpet. I've used them for several years and will continue doing business with them - their staff is professionsal, prompt, and great at what they do!!

#1 had a scheduled appointment someone would be out between 9-10 am 10:30 came around no show no calls. I had to call them to find out what was going on. #2 service was to get black light to locate pet spots, black light was not picking up spots so I got out my flash light and pointed out the spots. Guy did his thing (I won't even call his name out) when done he had me take a look. I got out my flash light and pointed out again all the spots still showing ( if he got out his black light and checked his self he could have seen how his job was not at all except able) I once again had to point them out to him. #3 was quoted a 2 hundred & something price ..I said oh no!! Then he quoted $170 something. #4 I had to call Rex at office he called to xx I still ended up paying $160.00 so there statement. We run an auto body shop, so our office carpet takes a beating. After the cleaning, it looks brand new - like it was just installed. The transformation was unbelievable. The team was professional, efficient and genuinely kind. 5 stars all the way!!!

I’ve been meaning to leave this review since Big Red cleaned my air vents on April 14th. What reminded me was that I need to dust in my living room. The difference in how often I have to dust since big red cleaned my air ducts is night and day. Prior to Big Red I would dust and literally the next day I would need to dust again. and it’s not just that I constantly needed to dust, but I was breathing in all that nasty air.
Their service is great. The people are friendly and hard-working. They were on time and they let me know when they were on the way.
I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience, got me on the schedule fast, kept the word, Steve came out when he was supposed to and did excellent. Would use them again for sure.

I am much disappointed in the work done on the cleaning of the carpet. Even though my complaint was heard, they came out a second time to redo and the same outcome was no different. There is still a mildew smell and it comes anyone who comes in can smell and has said the stench is noticeable. I am totally unhappy with the work even though they tried the second time, but to no avail.

They are always customer-service-focused. They have fair pricing, combined with the ability to have a rug picked up or dropped off for convenience, and true concern for a quality outcome.

Steven was prompt and efficient. My carpet looks great after he competed stretching it.

From the estimate to the cleaning the communicstion was excellent. Steven did a grest job on the carpets and the whole house smelled amazing!

The girls were pleasant and took their time. Even though it was late they ensured the cadets looked good!! They even took an extra unexpected step and got a black stain out of the carpet.

Both ladies worked very hard, the second one spent hours cleaning. I would have her again. My house smelt amazing once it dried, I felt like I had my new carpet back only softer and smelled amazing. Thank you for all the effort. Definitely will use again when we move.

Steve was very good at his job. He did what you promised and gave us encouragement on our carpet and what to look for if we ever decided to replace it.

Fabulous service all the way around. Rex came out and to estimate and answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Steve came by to stretch the carpet even with floor outlets and lots of vents it looks better than I expected. Jen and Laura came next to clean all of the stains out of the carpets. Steve worked a miracle on my carpet this morning. Carpet that had been manhandled by the fangs of an 8 month, 70lb Golden Doodle. It literally looks like brand new carpet. Steve is the man and I’ll recommend him and his company to anyone that will listen. Such a good dude! ❤️

I had a fantastic experience with big reds carpet, cleaning company and carpet connection. I was sent the phenomenal team of Jen and Laura and I cannot stress enough how professional, trustworthy, and thorough they are. I am very happy with the Pet stain removal, and odor is nonexistent now! Next, I’ll have them clean my vents and clean my carpets again in six months. The owner, Rex, answered all of my questions and made me feel secure after I’ve already talked to two other carpet cleaning companies. Call them. They are everything they say they are ! Jeanne

These guys are incredible. Rex came out at the very last second to clean my son’s carpet and I have NO idea how he got it so clean. It was in a rental home so we thought the ick would never come out. It DID and he was unbelievably fast. I of course called them again for my personal home. Steve stretched our carpet to cover some edge areas that had been chewed up. It looks practically brand new. These guys are the best out there. Someone mentioned that they were overpriced. That is LAUGHABLE. The level of professionalism, the systems they have in place, the technology they use, their work vehicles, their insurance, their knowledge, their marketing, their gas and vehicle maintenance, their equipment and so on and so on is UNDER VALUED! They should be charging more because these fellas are the best at what they do AND extremely timely. I hope they avoid complaining customers in the future because there are more than enough of us that understand what it means to run a small business and the expenses associated. Also, if your carpet is absolutely ruined by your animals, you cannot expect a miracle. Have a LITTLE common sense when it comes to what can be done with disgusting carpet.
