I’ve used this branch of Merry Maid for a couple of years now and I am very pleased with the results. You are usually assigned the same person so you’re not always wondering what the quality of the work will be. My assigned person, Victoria, is an outstanding worker and a pleasure to have around. The owners of this branch are easy to work with too. If scheduling changes need to be made, the office staff are very accommodating.

Kimberly cleans our house bi-weekly and does a fantastic job! It's always immaculate when she is done! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and they all love her! We are very pleased with the job Miss Kimberly does for us! Thank you Miss Kimberly and merry maids!!

Jesabel comes and cleans for each week and she amazing. She does a great job and she is great at working around the dogs and kids. We have been while she has cleaned and also been gone. Her work is always exceptional and she is always looking for ways to improve her cleaning services for us!

My Dad had Lori clean his house for years now. We always loved walking into his house as it was so clean after she was there! He recommended her to us. We had our first baby this February and Lori has helped us so much with her cleaning services. She always does a fantastic job, paying close attention to detail and making our lives so much easier! Excellent timing, deep cleaning was worth it! Victoria did an awesome job on our basement and our floors haven’t looked this great in years.

Services were excellent. Joan & Shauna worked very hard and performed a deep clean of the designated areas. They were very professional and friendly throughout the 3.5 hour timeframe.

Punctual. Professional. Very thorough. They arrived earlier than expected even with the snow that fell the night before. The work done in all of the rooms was excellent. I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Aliyah and Sami who cleaned before and after an event we hosted at our home. I got multiple compliments on how clean our house was. Communication and scheduling is really easy and they were accommodating with my schedule. Highly recommend!

I hired Grace Cleaning Service, and I'm utterly disappointed with their performance. Despite multiple trips, several spots in my home were left unattended. The lack of attention to detail and the need for repeated visits, leading to increased costs, were frustrating. The cleaning of an empty 3bed/2bath townhome took an unreasonable 10+ hours between 2 days (the property was left in good condition by the previous tenant). “Quality Service Managers” came by the property for approval before finishing, which leads me to believe there’s a lack of attention to detail from top to bottom. I expected better service for the price paid ($600+). I would not recommend this cleaning company.

Due to the holiday, Labor Day, my regular cleaning was rescheduled for the following day. I usually have Sami but this day I had Kasi. She had never cleaned our house before. She did a great job! She took a lot of time and effort and she did things that she didn’t even know she didn’t have to do being new to my house. She also alerted us to a toilet that was leaking in our downstairs bathroom. I just want to reiterate what a great job she did and how very happy I was with her cleaning.!!

Jose with Grace Home Cleaning did a wonderful job on my windows inside and out. We were able to determine which screens could be removed and which one’s couldn’t. He was friendly and professional. The office staff and Kevin have been very helpful as this was the first time I have used a company to clean my windows.

We have had such great experiences with everyone at Grace. They all do such an incredible job. I would like to especially compliment Julissa. She always does such an incredible job, cleaning our home with great skill and care. I cannot recommend her or Grace enough!
