The Maids in Omaha

I had requested they be finished by a certain time. I was home the whole time they were here, but upstairs. When I came down, ready to depart myself, they'd already left! In future similar situations, the homeowner (like me) would appreciate a goodbye from them beforehand, so questions/comments could be shared and homeowner would know when they left 😊

I am a new client for the Maids after a long term relationship with others so obviously nervous to have new people in my home. With the first visit the supervisor arrived with the team to review do’s and don’t (for both parties) to ensure we were on the same page. I very much appreciated that attention as far more problems result from miscommunication than ill intent. They did a good job , cleaning areas I had not anticipated them doing. On their second visit (bi-weekly) they came in and went straight to work. I had discussed my schedule with them and they were respectful of me being able to meet my personal obligations. What I particularly appreciated was the very few times when they interrupted me (apologetically) to ask a preference or clarify a situation. This is a new house to them and I very much appreciated the effort to get it right rather than assuming. Amber and her team were friendly, respectful, and very much aware of the importance of doing the job right. I am very pleased with their performance.

The teams at The Maids always go a great job. My house is sparkling and fresh-smelling! They are efficient and friendly, and very responsive to any concerns I have.
