My experience with this company has been wonderful. The twice a year maintenance program is nice peace of mind. The last 3 have been done by Derek and he stopped to double check on an issue when I was concerned. It’s nice to know this company has my back when needed. Thank you Jackson heating and cooling!

Starting with the call to Jackson, customer service was excellent. Brandon W is awesome to work with as our fix it guy. Had a washing machine issue he diagnosed in minutes and replacement part install was just as fast and we’re back to washing before holiday company arrives. Thanks Brandon and team!

I had problem with two home appliances. I called Jackson. They were able to deploy a qualified technician within 24 hours. Brandon W. arrived when he said he would. He was able to quickly diagnose the root cause for both appliances. Brandon W. was knowledgeable and efficient. He went beyond expectations by being able to source a replacement part the same day, and arranged to come back to our home in the evening to install it.

He was very pleasant & explained details in plain English that I could understand with me not knowing anything about HVAC. Technicians Pat & Noah did a wonderful job installing my new furnace. Very good service. We called Jackson home appliance heating and cooling Co to fix our washer and they came in the same day and fixed it quickly and we have not had any problem with that machine since. Their service tech was very polite and friendly who knew what he was doing. I recommend this company for appliances repairs.
