We set the appointment and they did the job as requested. I paid them and left several messages that I had q couple questions. No one every returned my call to have my questions answered. Other wise I would have rated them higher.

Second time I have used them. Juan came out and gave me an estimate which was reasonable. Within a week of giving an approval they got it done. I will definitely use them in the future.

Did a great job! From the time I called them until the time my garage was insulated was less than 36 hours! Juan also took the time to properly insulate an area in my soffit that was not done properly by the previous installers. I highly recommend Midwest Quality Insulation.

Chad is responsive and knowledgeable when it comes to your insulation needs. They removed all the old insulation and put new. Took his recommendation to go to higher R value and the added cost was very reasonable. I could immediately tell the difference it made in temperature upstairs and the electric bill. Highly recommend their services. Worth the investment for your home.

Chad came out and was going to give me an estimate to insulate my garage, could have easily taken advantage of my lack of understanding in the insulation world. However he was honest and very, very helpful. I am going to refer him to anyone I know that needs his services and I strongly recommend them.

Spent a while at my house measuring and I really liked the person that showed up. He was here on a Thursday or Friday and said he'd have the quote to us the following Monday. I called once two weeks later and spoke with a lady who said she would talk with the person that had been at our house. I called again a month after the person came over and left a voicemail saying I would still like a quote and so far I've received no response. Do not recommend.

Scheduled a time for someone to come give me a quote. Chad arrived on time and took measurements. Told me he would have an estimate to me within two days. After the fourth day of not getting anything I called the office along with his cell phone and never received a phone call back. Would not recommend.

I recently had my attic insulated by this company. Chad was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the in-home estimation and he offered higher-quality solutions than the competition at a better price. The crew did a great job during install and were courteous and respectful of our home. We are very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company!!
