I had my first scheduled cleaning and it resulted in a no call, no show. Attempted contact with April, and never received a response. Not the way a professional handles this situation.

April ghosted me twice… she told me she would come clean my apartment Sunday night and didn’t come, but answered my second call and rescheduled for the following day. It’s the following day and I can’t get a hold of her… where you at April???

i work from 12am to 8am monday-friday and have kids so i feel like i nevee had time to clean and it was gettin worse and worse. So i called Anytime Cleaning and they came WHILE i was at work and did THE BEST JOB EVER like i came home and wanted to cry with happiness this place looked so clean and organized and smelled FANTASTIC just a weight was lifted when i came home this morning! i would definitely recommend this company! THEY even cleaned out my closet!

If you're reading this, RUN. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. "Forgot" to show up the first day scheduled, and had excuse after excuse. Rescheduled, and showed up 3 hours late! Then when night rolled around and we had things to do, THE OWNER YELLED AT MY WIFE FOR 30 MINUTES STRAIGHT. Saying it was our fault she wasn't done because we didn't give them enough time.

If you're looking to get a house cleaned and want a simple stress-free experience, look literally anywhere else first. Wish I could give negative stars...

Called to make appointment to set up a cleaning time. Wanted to meet cleaners prior to having them in my home as I would not be at home during cleaning.

Was told April would come to my home Thursday at 6 PM for a meet and greet. April would then come to my house Friday at 10 AM for a cleaning.

April never showed up for the 6 PM meet and greet. I called several times to see when someone would be coming. Never heard from the agency again they did not show up at my house Friday at 10 AM to clean the house. Don’t waste your time

I had a somewhat out of the box cleaning task - used cubicles with fabric walls, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning the fabric, getting stains out, and then detail cleaning of the desk and cabinet spaces of the cubicles. I will happy to have new employees sit in those spaces as our office grows!

This company took the place of a company that I had contracted with when there was a car accident involved with the first worker. The cleaning was acceptable. She put something on the wood floors that made them slick and I slipped and wrenched my back. I contacted the worker, she contacted her boss and said I’d to pay to have floors recleaned. The boss would not honor the amount for the original cleaning company and I agreed to. It was $50 more. Then wanted more to reclean the slick floors!!! Never again will they be at my house!
