Garrett’s lawn service always does an amazing job every time. And are always willing to change/rework something if needed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Update - After leaving this review i heard from Garrett almost immediately, 3 back to back phone calls to be exact. See photos for the “resolution” where he claims to have “just seen” my message and missed call even though it explicitly tells me the time each message was read until the next gets sent. As i type this, it is currently 5:45 and I still have not received the Venmo he claims to have sent.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our whole crew was staying at the KOA in Gretna and Garrett’s team not only busted a window on one of our rigs. They also ran over the bright orange corkscrew that we had in the ground for our dogs and didn’t even tell the office, once I contacted Garrett about the corkscrew he stated that he was aware of it and that it would be no problem to reimburse us so I sent him a screenshot of the cork screw that was annihilated by their mower as well as my Venmo. Since then, Garrett has been ignoring my text messages/phone call and the office did not answer my phone call either. Apparently, after speaking with some long-term residence of the KOA, this lawn company has caused thousands of dollars of damage and likes to ignore people instead of taking accountability and making the situation right. Integrity goes a long way when running a business.
