BEWARE!!!!!! There are MANY other companies out there, go with a different one. They will continue to send you bills after you have paid, even after they CONFIRM that it was paid. Not sure if they are hard up for cash or what but avoid this service at all costs!!!!

Joe is a great guy. He has helped us out with all of our lawn care and snow removal needs! Highly recommended.

They quoted a fair price, then doubled the price after the work was done. When I refused to pay, they dumped branches, weeds and other yard trash all over my yard !

Hires Kozy for aeration and power rake. They were quick to get me scheduled. Got the job done at a fair price.

Terrible. They were supposed to give us a quote, came out to them mowing our lawn without our permission then tried to charge us 200 bucks. Rude employees and ruined our property. How are they even in business.

If they cut lawns like the salesperson drives his car there will be swerving lines throughout your yard. He’s either driving drunk or texting. Watched him almost kill someone.

They successfully mowed my lawn once in July of 2013. I scheduled them to come back for another mowing in August. My lawn was never mowed, but they sent me a bill claiming they did.

Police Report filed, smart. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau has been notified. If this is indeed Joseph's Employees, the Video makes things look pretty bad for him. Shame, shame, shame ! And then the White Escalade drives by, shameshameshame.

They were taunting a neighbors dog, the dog jumped, just jumped, and they called the humane society saying the dog was vicious and tried to bite him. All false accusations. The humane society took the dog away and it was quarantined for 10 days. These guys are immature, vengeful and quite mean. Someone should call the police on them. Someone needs to teach them right from wrong.

These guys came back and dumped grass and dirt from someone else's house on my sister's lawn and driveway. The reason they agreed upon $225 for one lawn care service after she paid and received a receipt for the $225 Joe says now you owe $200 more for disposal. Terrible lawn care company this is the act's of a toddler. I have posted a photo to Google we'll see if it shows up.

They like to try and pull fast ones by doubling your bill and when you contest it, they dump debris and dirt all over your property.

I used Kozy Lawn once last year and noticed a tremendous difference in my yard. We had them irrigate and add some grass seed etc. Also, I never had any problems paying my bill and they never showed up unannounced. We are calling them back again this year to service our yard and I can't wait to see the ending result!

These guys came and helped me out with a large tree cleanup after a company I hired to cut down a tree told me the price they quoted me did not include tree removal. Excellent work and at a good price.

I am not a customer, but one of my neighbors is. I live at the end of a street and Kozy UnCare has driven through my flower beds multiple times when turning around. Last summer they backed into a shrub hard enough to cause enough breakage such that it needed to be removed. I am frequently outside and have witnessed their poor driving (through my flowerbed) multiple times, including this week. There is plenty of room to turn around (it may take more time and require a couple of back and forths), but these rude people would rather drive onto my property with me standing there rather than taking the time to drive carefully. DIsappointing that a business thinks they can operate that way!

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I can't believe the childish crap you and your employees pulled after trying to screw a single mother over. You don't deserve to be in business at all and I hope these actions that were caught on camera were worth it.

Terrible selfish company trashed a clients yard. Dumping waste in a clients yard you've tried to extort money from is insanely childish. caught on camera! disrespectful. even if she did owe you money you don't operate a business like that! Vindictive and immature owner. Never, NEVER use this business. Maybe you should think about being caught on camera before you trash someones yard. Childish and unprofessional! Each year one phone call connects me to experts. They are great with scheduling and go beyond the service. They are knowledgable and I trust them to provide expert advice. I appreciate having a professional team. They make my life so much easier. Joe, your team is so polite and just great young men. Thank you once again.

Anyone who uses this company better make sure they have their agreed price in writing, unless you want the same business practice that happened to a single mother of two, while she was at work!

Even if she didn't pay you, you had have the law and courts to help you and still keep a good professional image.

They pull the bait and switch with customers. They will quote you a price then charge double. They will then throw other customers trash on your property destroying your yard. Stay away from this company

Overall have been really pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work being done at our place. Mowing is always professional, on time, and able to work around an occasional hose or toy that gets left in the yard. Really grateful for Joe and the crew.
