This guy is argumentative & has nothing to back this up but an LLC. He sent a "manager" "Shane" to give me a bid on some yard maintenance- after 4 weeks I heard no word so I contacted "CJ" (we don't know his legal name) who stated that he should have come himself as Shane was confused so he just dropped it. After meeting with him & a bit more research, I learned "CJ" has no credentials, no business card (at least none he offered), barely a website, no references w any substance except a few "5 star google ratings" w no specifics typical of no real work, no plant and landscape design knowledge, no warrenty for his work. He made comments like- amended soil will just compact again. Of course it will if you dont keep it amended! No suggestions for plants that have low water needs- which we all to incorporate in our gardens these days w extended droughts & limits of irrigation- he. says he consults a catolog. Difficult to vet this operation.

Exception service and very easy to contact. We have a large yard with a very steep hill in the back. They always do a great job and we get compliments on how well the lawn is maintained.

Monahan Lawn Care & Property Services knocked it out of the park for me. Being able to hire them on a very tight schedule, fighting mother nature, and shuffling in with their already busy schedule was awesome. The actual work they did exceeded my expectations and then some. My backyard went from major eyesore to cover photo in about 2.5 days. Throughout the process, their communication left no surprises. They spent the time to go through and make sure the yard and street in front of the house were clean before they wrapped up. All of this at a very fair price. I'm not sure what else I could have asked for, thank you guys!
