Mechanical Contractor reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

Nice place comfortable

Very professional and knowledgeable company.

They are real problem solvers. Literally. If you have a problem, they have a solution and the experienced staff to do it right.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly technicians, and over all great customer service!

Prairie has some of the finest people i have ever met.Decent, hardworking ,honest people.Their word is their bond. When they quote a price, they mean it and stand behind it.The attitude of the company starts at the top and filters down to everybody.Allow me to cite some of their customer care people,Megan and MJ do a great job !

Great service!! Dispatch is always quick to respond, technicians are always on the ball, and every manager i have dealt with has been open and honest.

What makes Prairie Mechanical so good to work with is the people they have! I have used them on several occasions as well as being a vendor. Very professional and caring.

We have worked with them for a number of years and have never not been impressed. The whole process from the first call is smooth. All the technicians we have dealt with have been friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I manage buildings, some mine, some for others. I always use Prairie. Some buildings have other service agreements when I take over management, as soon as it's up I switch them, Owners are always happy. Good service, nice technicians, fair pricing, and honest.

If you’re a company and you are not having Prairie Mechanical, specifically Jeremy Hochstein; You’re making a huge mistake. Jeremy is the best trouble shooter on boilers that I have ever know and I have known a lot of them.

I appreciate the team effort at Prairie! I have had great responsiveness, and start to finish service from sales, estimators, technicians and service. They are a vendor that helps me provide outstanding service to our clients!

This company has been working on our boiler in our apartment building for the last two days. Today they left the boiler in the front yard and split without bothering to hook the hot water back up to any of the apartments. They didn't say anything to the office about it so now we have no water pressure or hot water till tomorrow. Would NOT RECOMMEND!
