Amazing experience! We have had horrible experiences in the past with other companies, but Eric and his team were a dream to work with and did an amazing job

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting a roof, siding, windows or anything else Alcove companies offers, Do Not Use Them! We have had an ongoing sunroom renovation that was started in July. He never finished the work completely and yet has threatened to put a lien against my house because I did not pay the remainder of the bill within a week. He has terrible communication and every excuse under the sun including: I am sick; I was in the hospital; my wife broke her knee; the worker is sick; the worker forgot to order his meds; this is the best help I can find; my worker died two years ago I have just not been able to replace him; I did not realize how this was put together so I need to order more parts, we lost the screws so I need to order more, I had a surgery, my wife had to go to the doctor again, the kids had practice, and on and on. These were real excuses given by him over the course of 5 months. Today, he had the gall to threaten to put lien on my house for $600. We have paid him over $20,000 between the sunroom and roof. Are you kidding me? 5 months and you are upset because it took me 8 days to mail a check?

Eric was a pleasure to work with and everything his guys did was at a high quality of work and material. Would and do recommend Alcove to friends and family!
