Josh Jenson promptly answered my frantic call when the resent high winds tore up my roof shingles. He was so kind, answered my questions and offered much needed advice. Even though his advice led me to call the original installer, he checked with me several times to make sure they were taking care of me and got the repairs done. When I called the Nelson LLC office for repairing roof due to wind and rain damage, they quickly respond to me. In addition, their estimations are very accurate, and my home insurance accepted without any further questions. Although I received an amended billing statement after project was completed, my home insurance accepted, and I handed over the check insurance sent it to me. In conclusion, their services are professional and meets exceeding my expectations.

John the sales assistant was one of the most helpful persons I have ever met, not just his knowledge and experience on the job, he made it so easy that we have to go back and for with the insurance to make sure I was been taking care of. 3 years later update! I had my roof completely replaced with Timberline Class 4 Shingles and it’s already paid for itself! Photos are from when it was first installed. For anyone reading- ALWAYS install Class 4 shingles, you will save a ton on insurance premiums. It only cost $500 more to upgrade, but I saved $2k on insurance premiums. My area was hit months later after the roof was installed with another terrible hail storm that shattered both of our car windshields, but two roofing companies came out to inspect my roof and said there was minimal damage to our roof because of the class 4 shingles. I’ve had zero complaints with our new roof or gutter installations. They came out and installed the new roof in one day! Very easy to work with.

Nelson Contracting and everyone involved was stellar to work with. They educated me when I had questions and truly had my back when dealing with my insurance company. They communicated well and regularly about the process, scheduling, changes to my bid etc. And knowing they stand behind their work was such a relief and a testament to the fine job they did - not only replacing what I needed but also bringing up things to code. Absolutely phenomenal experience! We are very happy because we chose them so the process was smooth and turned out stunning!

The Owner goes to bat for you when it comes to the insurance companies. Very friendly and the workers went to work and stayed on the job till they were done. So far, the work is top notch and the job looks really good. Some communication problems at the start but everything came out as expected.
