Andrew and his Team are awesome. We had pool damage and a wedding in the yard deadline. He did the repairs - works better than ever. His cleaning teams got it clean. (Pool had construction materials, dirt and many other items in it). I can’t say enough about them! Great people.

Andrew is the friendliest guy you will ever meet! He is great and understands all aspects of your pool needs. He didn't build my pool but I wish he had in hindsight. Very knowledgeable of all pools. We will continue to use his services and his prices are every reasonable.

Our son's wedding was July 2nd. Andrew came in a number of times to work around contractors to make certain his work was complete, not to mention, ensuring their work was not held up.

May have been love at first pool builder sight. 😁 He was down to earth, helpful, real and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. I was referred to Andrew and his team when we purchased our house. Andrew assisted us with the pool evaluation before we executed the purchase contract. He identified a few issues that the seller fixed that would have been a large expense on our part after the fact. After the closing, Andrew explained all the equipment components and pool maintenance. As a first-time pool owner, this was a huge sense of relief. Just as important, him and his team are always available for a question. Even though we have had the pool for close to three years, I still have questions from time to time. Andrew is always willing to share his knowledge and expertise. His team is top notch as well. They are on time, very efficient and always willing to answer a question or provide advice on how to keep the pool problem free. Andrew and his team have helped me many times and are a great partner in keeping our pool ready for pool parties, family enjoyment and the beginning/end of the season startup/shut down. Many firms offer pool services, but Relax Pools’ customer service is what sets them apart. If you do not mind being put on hold or disconnected, not called back in a timely manner or charged huge overhead for pool services, then by all means contact the big pool firms. If on the other hand, you want a pool firm who will call you back in a timely manner, show up on time and treat your pool as if it is their own along with providing superior value then the choice is clear-Relax Pools!

Andrew and his crew are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. Relax Pools didn't install my pool but I sure wish they had! Andrew took care of many issues I had from the previous company that originally installed it. I have recommended him to many people and if I ever install another pool, Andrew will be the only one I call!

I had some auto cover issues that my previous pool service provider wasn’t able to help me with. The guys at Relax Pools they identified a couple other issues showed them to me and then fix them in the same day. They were fantastic!

Our original pool builder moved out of Omaha so when we met Andrew through a co-worker, we have been with him ever since. He has always been upfront, honest & very dependable. Andrew has treated us the way he would want to be treated. He is very knowledgeable about the industry & what he does. He has an awesome crew that works very well together. Andrew is a great family man as well as a business man. He has become more of a friend of ours instead of just the "pool man". We would recommend him to anyone as we feel he is the best!

I had a trouble running my pool cleaning robot and brought it to Relax Pools. Ashley there immediately took a look at it and cleaned, replaced broken piece and fixed my robot! I’m so happy with the pool they built in our backyard, and now even more happy to have their retail store here in town with a pool expert like Ashley who I can rely on for anything when something happens. Every time we go there we are greeted by our name and they have very welcoming atmosphere, love the selections of toys and floaties, etc. too! Highly recommend for your pool need!

So I can honestly say I have never taken the time to do a review. When I do get exceptional service I tell everyone I know in conversation by word of mouth. But, this company went so above and beyond that I felt the need to write a review.

It was a Sunday and I was hosting a family reunion. Our pool is only a few months old so I'm still getting used to everything needed to take care of it.

Long story, but basically our pool was green. It wasn't algae, but discolored from the amount of iron that was in our water.

I hated to bother on a Sunday, but was in panic mode because of the family reunion.

The owner, as well as the store manager, both talked me through what to do. The owner left me what I needed to add to my pool outside of his shop because he was leaving home. He offered to come to my house if it didn't clear up.

It was crystal clear 10 minutes before the reunion started. Praise God!

Later during the day they both text me to check on how it was doing.
