Tree Services of Omaha trimmed up a huge maple tree in our front yard. They provided a scheduled date for the service, followed up with a reminder call the day before, and actually showed up on the scheduled date, which seems like half the battle sometimes. Their team worked fast and made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. They were very professional, and prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Tree Services of Omaha!

They are prompt in communicating; show up on time; and are fast & furious with their crew, clean up, courtesy, accuracy, and safety. Price is right as well. Never fail to impress. Call them for trimming, quotes, or even an emergency. Dave is an all star at sending out invoices/billing and is great with people. Simply the best!

I had the top of a tree snap from the big wind storm and lodge itself into an adjoining tree. Other tree services said they couldn't remove it and I was worried that the tree would fall on my house/property. Tree Services of Omaha came in and saved the day. They not only did a professional and awesome job- they came in earlier than expected and put this worried homeowner's nerves to rest. Professional, expedient, and fair. This review is in relation to a ChipDrop.I told the company I would be leaving a review.

I get, mulch is basically free and love that aspect of utilizing a waste.

But, I requested for delivery to the right of way on two different streets and asked them to be cognizant of the sidewalk if they could. It was delivered in the street on a no parking side of the street.

If a contractor doesn't know the difference between righ-of-way (curb toward house) and the street. I wouldn't have them do work.

Tree Service of Omaha is one of the best businesses I've had an excellent experience with. Dave is professional, reliable and when he gives you his word, it is not taken lightly. I really appreciate that.

The company does excellent work. The staff made my overgrown tree look beautiful.

We have two massive trees, an oak and a maple, as well as an apple tree trimmed regularly with injections for tree health on the line oak since it's finnicky. They've removed a stump about 5' in diameter that split the property line that literally grew IN our fence and they went above and beyond to accommodate our neighbor's retaining wall surrounding it.

Dave was prompt with communications. He was kind, understanding, and kept me in the loop for a situation he was resolving with me. Everything we discussed came to fruition in the timeline he provided. This is what we all want in a service. Thank you, Dave!

Tree Services of Omaha did an amazing job trimming 4 overgrown trees at our new house. The team showed up early, were extremely competent, and left our yard cleaner than they found it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This is the first time I have used Tree Services of Omaha for tree trimming service.
The tree trimming crew was quick and efficient. Everything went as planned and they did a great job getting the old tree trimmed up removing dead branches, removing a branch in a power line and getting the tree cleared from the shingles/roofline.
I would definitely use again in the future.

They don't do a very good job.

1. They disconnected our downspouts to the gutters and then didn't RECONNECT THEM! The truly stupid part is that the spouts SWIVEL and they didn't have to disconnect them at all. LUCKILY, no rain, as one of the spouts tends to dump water into the basement.

2. They cut the tree down...letting huge chunks drop into our garden. Which they had NOT warned us about.

3. They didn't clean up the yard. They hauled the logs away, but didn't check for any large debris. And as someone that mows their own yard, I hate hitting debris, as it gouges the blade and ejects smaller bits everywhere. See the attached pictures to understand what I mean by debris, as I spent 2 hours this morning raking my yard. Two of the chunks I had to DIG out of my yard, as the Ditch Witch they used had semi-buried them. That would have been fun to hit with the mower.

4. The worst part is that I showed all of this to their representative. And all he said was "Sorry." He did NOT offer to send the crew back to clean up, he did offer to "HELP ME" clean up their mess, which reads as stupid has it sounded. The rep kept saying "Sorry. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again. I don't care about AGAIN, as I won't be hiring them.

And sadly, I even had to clean the neighbors yard, as some debris ended up there.

I have already recommended them to 2 friends. That's the LAST recommendations I'll ever do for them.

I am blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the team from Tree Services of Omaha. Arrived early. Had good, clean equipment, were very cautious when working close to the house or structures in the yard and were very competitively priced! We had two large trees in our backyard removed and the stumps ground out. A neighbor wanted the wood chips and they dumped those in his drive for him. I am extremely thankful for the service they provided and will never consider another service for my trees
They were even very careful with some baby squirrels which made my grand daughters very happy. (Momma squirrel reclaimed the babies after everything settled down)

I had tree limbs that needed to be trimmed back in my front and back yard. They arrived on time and cut back limbs that were overhanging in my driveway and trimmed back limbs off two more trees in my backyard. Everything was cleaned up and I was impressed with their crew of workers. Would definitely recommend them. And the price was reasonable!

They had quick response time when we inquired about a tree. They were able to come out within a couple days to help at my place. My mom also used them for a tree removal and we were very pleased with the work, they also cleaned up well after removal of tree and stump! Would definitely recommend and use again!

The team that removed our neighbors tree was awesome. It was unbelievable how fast and efficient they operated and completed this job.
The cost to remove the tree, stump and all debris was very competitive.
We watched the whole job and if you need tree work, these are the guys to call!

Cisneros Tree Service was a great company all around to work with, I got several price quotes and they worked with me to get me the best price. They were on time, quick, and very professional. They cleaned up the property well and were respectful of cars, neighbors and my home. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for tree removal. The stump removal guy they sent out was also really great and left everything cleaned up and looking good.

Outstanding work! The crew was very professional and efficient. It’s painful to say goodbye to a tree, but they helped make it as painless as possible. We will definitely be using them again and referring friends and family to Cisneros Tree Service.

Second time we've used Cisneros for tree work and another excellent job. Kept us advised as to when they'd be out, showed concern for not damaging drive or the yard and tree looks great. Thorough clean up. Price was more than fair. Highly recommend.
