Bright Idea Electrical did a great job installing more outlets in our basement. He had excellent communication and was able to get us an estimate & on the schedule very quickly. We will definitely use him again in the future.

I didn’t get any work done. I am a new owner of a competing electrical contractor company. I called Bright Idea to find an accountant,( many suggested doing this, so I did. ) I came across Tony via Google. Not only was he helpful, kind and understanding. But he sent me his accountants information. Just like Macys in miracle on 34th st!

That is awesome, while Tony was sending me his accountant vCard I looked at pictures of his work. It all looks top notch and his Google reviews are all outstanding! What we will do what’s right and fair for our customers is clearly Tony’s mantra. Provide excellent service and be a good person/business while doing it. Respect your customer and their home or business. Price fairly (don’t price gouge.)

Tony did great work to set up our Level 2 EV charger. He explained everything that he did and gave us a great price for the work that was done. We will go with him again for any electrical needs.

Recent had a big electrical problem where socket breaker kept kicking off. The sockets for both upstairs bathrooms were on the wall socket breaker in the basement. Terrible wiring when the house was built. Tony came in and found the issue and explained everything in simple terms for me. He was really great and fixed the problem quickly and at a really reasonable price. I would recommend Tony to everyone if you have any electrical work, big or small he will do a tremendous job.

20/10 recommend Tony and Bright Ideas! Got 3 quotes, he was the only one that was accurate. (I do work nights, so he did get me up early, 💯 worth it!) I've already recommended him to 2 people looking for electric work. If I need something in the future, he's the guy I'm calling.

Tony answered the phone when I called (huge these days!), scheduled a service appointment, came when he said he would, solved our electrical problem, and made a repair on the spot. Great customer service and quality work. I will call Bright Idea Electrical again when I need the help!

Tony did a great job at a fair price and did everything he could to get me what I want when I had to change my original plan. He put in a new updated electrical panel and a ceiling fan hookup in each bedroom and ran those to a switch. Went above and beyond, HIGHLY recommend!
