Mike was out and fixed my floor drain. Black goo was coming out everytime my washer would drain, it was disgusting.
Clean, efficient, and pricing was much lower than expected, will have them out again!

My shower drain wasn’t working and Mike came and got it fixed in no time. He was friendly, professional and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. I will definitely call Royal Rooter again for any of my plumbing/sewer issues!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. The technician who came out to handle my drainage issue, Mike, was very professional.
He was focused, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything thoroughly, worked with precision, and handled the situation with a level of care that made me feel completely confident in his skills. Watching someone so competent at their craft is impressive.
If this is the standard of service this company provides, I’ll absolutely be calling again the next time. Highly recommend.
