Jeremy is the man!! Woke up to 50° inside my house this morning. I called Professional Heating and Air in Plattsmouth and left a message. Jeremy called back within minutes and took time over his lunch break to stop by and check out the furnace. Diagnosis and fix took less than 10 minutes. Plus he was great with my crazy puppies! I had the same experience with him with an A/C issue over the summer. He's a lifesaver! Thank you sir!!

My furnace would not start end of October. My sister passed away suddenly in Omaha, leaving my elderly mother without her caregiver and I was stressed figuring out those details running back and forth and then my furnace not starting with temperatures dipping into the low 30's, I was in a bind for both time and resources. I called Jeremy's office and he returned my call within minutes and was out within an hour of speaking to him. Jeremy and Jayden were wonderful and worked on my furnace in my cellar without any complaints in less than favorable conditions. Jayden was able to get the 4th burner to ignite in my extremely old furnace and Jeremy explained I should be looking at a new furnace due to the rusted burners and age. When the burner didn't ignite on the first few tries Jayden worked hard to get it going without giving up and got it working. I have used this company in the past for my furnace and air repairs and one thing I find really nice is that it isn't all about the money. Jeremy takes care of his customers and their well-being and at times as a gesture of kindness to his community. I definitely recommend this company.

I had questions about propane issues to my garage heater. They answered all questions, did trouble shooting and verification of parts over the phone. He was very professional and responded back to me quickly. I highly recommend their services. It was refreshing to have a business actually preform customer service with even future clients.
