Travis was able to come out on short notice. He told me his diagnostic charge and his hourly rate up front and after I explained the issue he gave me a good idea of what to expect. He walked me through the diagnostic process, showed me the new and old parts and got the job done quickly. Service like that is unfortunately not common these days. We will be using Trico for our HVAC needs in the future.
