We had water draining from our living room light fixture (under bathroom on top floor). We checked everything couldn’t locate or replicate water coming down. I was afraid water could be causing damage and the mystery had my wheels spinning so I called them and they looked at it. They determined water had been getting into the bathroom vent (kids bathroom). This raised some questions and learned one of the kids showered but the shower curtain was on outside of the tub causing the water to sit in bathroom floor so I was happy it wasn’t serious, but also had to bite my tongue. They opened the ceiling to make sure it wasn’t anything else or water causing any damage everything was great. They were extremely professional and helpful!!! Very affordable and professional!!!

Scott came for a drain clean and ended with a disaster, but fought his way through to find the clog in an old house with not the ideal situations one would like. He fought through some gross stuff and came out smelling like roses at a more than fair price. I would recommend OCB and Scott any day of the week.

OCB Plumbing is professional, timely, responsive, and most importantly fair. I bought a toilet for my rental and had OCB Plumbing install it. My toilet wasn't working after install, and Scott's crew came out on two separate occasions to fix the problem right away and never mentioned billing me for the return visits. Straightforward pricing, they tell you when they are expecting to come. If they get hung up for any reason, they will communicate any delays.

James and Johnny with OCB Plumbing installed my microwave today (purchased through Lowes). They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. Great job!

They worked on my sewer line in the house I rent. It unfortunately was done when I was at work. I came home to my basement trashed. There was concrete and mud tracked throughout my ENTIRE house. Caked on my furniture near where the repair was done. On my stair rail and even on the doorknobs. The concrete work over where the line was replaced looked like a child had patched it. I've had absolutely nothing but awful experiences with this company, including the day they said they would come assess my problem. Told me they had been there and taken pictures...except according to my security camera nobody was at my house that day. They are not professional or reliable and I wouldn't recommend them to plu!m a porta-porty. If you value a quality repair from quality plumbers go to someone else.

Dan arrived soon after I called and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me updated the entire time and told me what to expect which helped with the stress of the situation. Pricing was a fraction of what other companies would have cost to clear a main drain of roots.

Water heater started leaking and we called OCB and talked to Chris, he had two guys out right away and they did a great job with a great price! We will for sure use them again! Scott you have a great group of guys working for you!

I can’t thank them enough for their fast response, professional service from Ethan, and job well done! I had called a well known company who quoted me a price that had me “hurtin” and charged $40 just to come to my house to tell me the sewer line was clogged - which I knew!
OCB saved the day, was scrupulously honest, polite, and didn’t ask me for a months worth of my wages.

Had them come out to install my new dishwasher, so they pulled out the old one and couldn’t install the new one because of older copper waterline so they pushed back the old one and didn’t connect the waterlines back up so I have about $7000 worth of mold and water damage on the floor below the kitchen now they say they didn’t do that which I have pictures. And the fact that I didn’t let them know two months until after it happened. But with pictures from their installers showing that they had disconnected it . And because I didn’t let don’t let them know in a certain mount of time they deny my claim. So pictures from the installers disconnecting it and not hooking up waterlines saying that they didn’t disconnect them but they were disconnected and the time that it’s been disconnected I have led to this amount of mold and water damage. I would post pictures but I can’t on here. Horrible customer service, Will not return phone calls or answer phone calls what kind of business can be around like that.

I have used OCB plumbing a couple of times now and they were thorough and took care of my issues. They were prompt and knowledgeable on how to take care of my plumbing concerns. I would definitely use them again.

Two recent experiences with OCB. Both experiences have been fantastic! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and timely on both occasions. They fixed my issues correctly the first time. I highly recommend OCB for all your plumbing needs.

always show up on time and get the job done professionally. when my basement had been flooded they kept their shoes clean as to not track mud into my house. everyone I have talked to there is very nice and knowledgeable. they even helped me elevate my water heater in order to keep it from getting ruined again. they also went above and beyond trying to help me fix my old one with warranty since it was just a few months old. I am very satisfied with all the work they have done and will for sure call them with all future plumbing needs.

These fellas came out to replace the entire shower valve/pipes in my apartment unit. Seth and his brother did an excellent job, great pipework and accurate mounting. Funny dudes to chat with too.

These guys are GREAT!

They were prompt. They were courteous and respectful to my wife, explaining what they were doing along the way and asking for approval of a couple of "extra" issues that needed to be resolved. At the end of the job there was no trace that they had even been there except that our issue had been resolved.

We had OCB Plumbing do some work for our business and we were happy with their work. SO we called them for an estimate for our house to run a gas line to hook up a gas stove. We already had gas in our house. The estimate seemed fair so we had them do the work. They ended up charging is 2- 1/2 times what the estimate was!!! The guy that ran the line was really slow and kept calling someone for advice for changing the orifices to propane on our stove. He left for 2 hours to get "parts" and they charged us for the time he was gone! They did shoddy on the outside where they ran the line. It is rusting. When I called them they said they would have someone come out and paint it like it should have been done. That was 6 months ago and no one has came! I will NEVER recommend them or use them ever again!!!

After Nebraska furniture mart failed us on pumping reconnect in my condo. OCB plumbing came through to complete the STAT job and completed it within 1 hour. Ryan was very professional and had great communication. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. I'm very impressed!!

We woke up last Saturday morning to find our front yard leaking. Actually, our water service line was leaking and needed repair. OCB Plumbing was able to get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Kenny kept us informed throughout the entire process - including when repair turned into replacement (darn this old house). The guys who performed the work were wonderful and worked their butts off into the evening to ensure that our water was back on before they left. They were respectful in coming in and out of the house to access the basement. Pricing was fair and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! What I thought would be a simple drain cleaning was anything but, and OCB Plumbing was professional, honest and did a great job resolving our issue. I will use them again if I have any plumbing issues and would recommend them without hesitation.

OCB Plumbing saved us $24000.00 !!!! Had another company out before OCB who did not know what they were talking about and tried to pull the wool over our eyes and told us it would cost $24000.00 in emergency repairs. Called OCB Plumbing right away . Explained to Shelby in the office what was going on. Shelby had Dan (an experienced plumber) call me and go over what we were told by the other company and he assured me that was not the case and he would come out the next day. Dan, Andrew and Derek came out (way past their quitting time) and Jetted our drain. Showed us the entire main line from house to city connection . got rid of our tree root balls that the other company said they had done and showed us there were not cracks to be concerned about at all. Dan showed us the main line was fine and in full working, clean, cleared condition after the team got done Jetting the main line. They took the time to explain everything to us even though it was well past 7pm. We never felt once that our time was not valuable and never once did they laugh at any questions we had. They earned a customer for life now and I would highly recommend OCB Plumbing and their crew to anyone in the future. Great job guys we cannot be thankful enough for you saving us !

As a homeowner of 30 years,, I totally recommend this co. 1) They answer the phone. 2) Came out to my house under an hour. 3) Fixed the clogged washing machine drain pipe very efficiently. 4) Their pricing is very reasonable. Very friendly folks.

My water heater went out so I placed a call in and they took care of me the next morning. The guys replacing it were awesome! They finished the job quickly and left the work area clean. Definitely recommend OCB!
