We have very much enjoyed our deck and basement renovations done by Rock Creek Construction. It is a huge deck that took a massive amount of hard work, dedication, and professionalism to complete. We highly recommend Rock Creek Construction for any and all of your projects.

We hired Rock Creek to do a large addition to our home. We did bid several local companies. Rock Creek immediately stood out, humble during the bidding process. Rock Creek was also responsive other bidders were either arrogant or non-responsive. Like any large project issues happen. Rock Creek was always responsive and insured the issues were resolved. All the sub-contractors they brought on were amazing. We do have further home renovation plans and would definitely work with Rock Creek again

Choosing a home builder was not an easy task, but when we met with Rock Creek Construction, we knew we found someone special. From start to finish, Seanan made it an awesome experience. He understood our needs and focused on making sure they were all met. He was very communicative and flexible during all the phases of our construction and provided excellent customer service. Rock Creek Construction is amazing! We had them add 310 square feet to our kitchen, which gave us a much needed larger kitchen, along with a pantry and laundry room. We were also very impressed with the subcontractors that Seanan used. They were professional, polite and really paid attention to detail. It's been almost two years since they completed our project, and we still just can't believe how beautiful our addition turned out. We had a friend that was starting on a kitchen renovation, and he asked us if there were any changes we wished we would have made. There is absolutely nothing we would change or alter. Seanan and Melissa were both so easy to work with, and were always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions when we needed direction. We would never hesitate to recommend Rock Creek Construction for any building project you are wanting to do. They are good people that do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

Rock Creek Construction built us a home that we could love as much as our former log home. The 12-foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen are beautiful with prison tin and rustic barn wood. Our lake view from the deck is wonderful.

Loos Construction remodeled our kitchen/dining area. Thanks to LCI's suggestions, we have a beautiful kitchen and an entry way on the back of the house (designed so washer/dryer could be installed there). I recently contracted Loos Const. Inc. to finish my basement, and I want to heartily recommend them to everyone. Shawn Loos explained the bid process well, answered all my questions through out the whole process. The Loos construction crew, and all the Sub. contractors they used, were knowledgeable, and nice. I felt they cared about my home needs. My basement was done by the time they said they thought they could complete it, and at the end of each day they swept the construction area and left it neat. Loos Construction did a great job finishing my sunroom! We had them tear out the old, and replace everything including the walls, insulation, ceiling, woodwork, electrical, and put in an air conditioner/heating unit. Everything looks fabulous! And when they left each day, they did a great job keeping the area clean. Plus the workers were very polite. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Recently we had Shawn rebuild the deck on our house. Shawn came out to the house and met with us, we sat down and reviewed the rough drawings I had thrown together. Shawn had some great ideas, and he took the "ball" and ran with it. Once he had a final plan and estimate put together, we reviewed it and gave Loos Construction the green light. We were very impressed with the work done, his crew and the care they took to not disturb our existing yard and landscaping, both of which they had to work around. They kept me updated on any changes or surprises they ran across, and always asked my opinion on how I would like them to proceed. His Crew, led by Roger, were very determined, skilled and friendly. The weather conditions were not the best during the construction time frame, but that did not delay them, they worked right through it. The jobsite was kept clean and organized every night before they left each day. When the project was completed, Shawn came back out and inspected it to make sure it met his requirements and made sure we were happy with the results, which we were! No surprises on final billing, it was just as we had agreed upon. We would highly recommend Loos Construction and would hire them again.

We recently had Loos construction do a complete kitchen remodel (new cabinets, flooring, appliances). The crew at Loos was very skillful, neat, timely. Communication was consistent and smooth with daily updates, questions thoroughly reviewed and answered, and preferences were honored. Coordination of service tasks between electrician, plumber, appliance installation made for smooth completion. Highly recommend!
