Reviews of local pros in Roca, Nebraska

Had a great experience! Needed a gutter clean out at.newly purchased home in Omaha, they were filled to the brim. They came out, worked late on a Sunday to get it done before it rained. And a fair price! Sent pictures at completion! Will use them again!

Noticed the gutters were overflowing and called Capital Curb Appeal. Provided an estimate the next morning. Work was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend to others.

Super easy to work with. Good pricing. Quality work. We had them install Christmas lights and they look amazing! Very happy with our experience and results!

Capital Curb Appeal, LLC just finished cleaning the inside & outside of our windows. The outside was really nasty from the March snowstorm. John & Alazha did an amazing job. They were very reasonable.

Extremely happy with Capital Curb Appeal! John Hotz, owner/general manager, is a pleasure to work with. He is personable, honest, and dependable. We had Christmas lights installed and his team did an amazing job. We will highly recommend Capital Curb Appeal to family, friends and neighbors. We look forward to doing business with John and his company for many years to come.

Great and personable young men who showed up on time and finished in a rainstorm! They will come back and touch up windows since it rained in a couple of days. Excellent communication and reminders!! Signed up for Fall cleaning!

We were very pleased with Capital Curb Appeal. They were efficient and very professional. They did excellent job with our windows. Definitely will have them back.

John and crew came out and did a great job on our house! Really what made him stand out was the fact that he took on the job late in the season, cleaned up another company‘s mess that they left me with, and made no qualms about it! Certainly would recommend him to any of my friends, my clients or anyone that is needing lights put up!

Had John cleaned my windows for a good price. They took about 1.5 hours to wash all the windows around the home, and was very thorough to ensure that the frames and window screens were cleaned too. Happy with their service and will recommend them to others.

Wow! What a great experience with Capital Curb Appeal! They were able to work our job in the next day for gutter cleaning. They were on time, which is important to me. John asked my preferred method of communication which made all aspects of the project quick and easy. When the gutters were completed he sent pictures. We will be using his services again!

Our windows were so dirty from the March snow storm. John did an amazing job of cleaning them. They are spotless! We will definitely have them back the next time we need our windows cleaned. Thank you John!

They did outstanding work cleaning our windows. They are so clean it’s like there is no glass there at all. They removed hard water spots off the windows, cleaned the frames and trim of dirt and spider webs on the outside and cleaned the inside with great care! Fantastic window cleaning service!!!

I would highly recommend Capital Curb Appeal. I can actually see out of my windows and I didn’t have to lift a finger. John and Finian did a great job. They were on time, professional, and hardworking. I will definitely use this company again!

These guys are amazing. First time we had the windows washed in 20 years and they look like new! The crew was on time, focused, and good dudes. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Just book Capital Curb Appeal!

Capital Curb Appeal did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. They were prompt, efficient and the windows look great. After they were done, we asked if our solar panels needed cleaning and they pulled the big ladder off their truck again and checked them for us. They didn’t need cleaning now but I know who we will call when they do!

We were very pleased with Capital Curb Appeal. They did a great and thorough job washing our windows and screens which were very dirty but now look wonderful. I don't think they could have done a better job and I highly recommend them.

Top notch! From the start John was very personable. He reached out directly to set up a time for the quote, he showed up on time and had a quote shortly after arriving. He answered all my questions and shared information that I didn’t think to ask. The process of install the lights was so smooth. I love how the look at dusk and I’m very excited to see the lights when it’s dark! Very pleased with John and the end product. Call him and have him handle your holiday light needs.

Very pleasant to work with and looking forward to continue doing business with them.

Did an exceptional job on windows and great communication! However they left the hose running on the side of our home, which we did not discover for hours. Unfortunately it was a costly mistake for us and we ended up with water intrusion from the puddle of ground water after just getting our grading and drywall redone. They did a great job cleaning the windows. Just wish they would have triple checked to be sure hose was off.

John did a great job with personal and prompt communication and professionalism. The lights look great - exceeding expectations

This post should be last November 2025. For some reason, I was not able to post or view it. I’m glad I found Capital Curb Appeal. John is awesome and quick to response. So please with the result. I am sorry John.
