I needed burners for my stove they were able to get them fairly quickly for us.

Called to get my dryer fixed came out a week later and took my dryer apart said they ordered the part and was suppose to come the next day to install it and never came back no call or anything I tried calling them multiple times and their voicemail was full a week after that my husband fixed my dryer bad communication on their part equals bad customer service.

Highly recommend! Owner is professional, very knowledgeable and reliable. Go-to for HVAC & appliance service.

Josh got my washer fixed in just a couple of days after having to order the part. Going to replace the heating element for my oven too. Bonus!

This is an heating and cooling and plumbing company they happen to have a part that I needed 5 years ago,
It was a pump for a newer LG washing machine my pump went out and they had one in stock, unfortunately I needed another pump for the same LG washing machine and I called them and they didn't have it in stock??
So I went to Amazon and they had it for 1/2 the price and I installed it and it works fine.
Also unfortunately this Seward appliance doesn't have a website, I wish that they did, that is why I only gave them 3 stars

Josh has always been willing to come help take care of things for me, providing professional and honest feedback regarding costs, suggestions for fixes, etc. I appreciate that he cares about his customers and doing things right.

Called josh on my washer sent him all the information on it he told me he was gonna look into the cost and get back to waited a week tried to call and text him he wouldn’t respond to text or answer his phone went three weeks without a washer finally found a guy who would actually show up and work on it and got it back up and running i fully suggest not going with josh call anyone else so you appliances get fixed and you dont get ghosted

Took over a week before he shows up, spent 5 minutes looking at oven and says he'll let me know when part comes in. I call after 4 days when I don't hear back from him, says part is unavailable. A month later sends me a bill for 68 dollars for driving 12 miles. Seward Appliance use to be fair and quick, not anymore, 68 dollars for nothing, what a joke

It has been over a month since he came out to look at our dry and dishwasher, told us that he would be back out within a week once he gets the parts. Have tried calling, and never answers the main line, have left voice mails on the main line, and have called his cell phone number on the mainline voice message, again never getting an answer and his cellphone voice mail box is full. Would not recommend him.

Josh is great. He is honest and reliable. We have used him for years for the following things: furnace install, ice maker repair, microwave repair, dishwasher repair, AC service, furnace service, thermostat troubleshooting, oven repair. Good guy. Great service. Thanks again Josh!

Josh repaired our washer. He was honest about costs and how long it would take to get parts. He even came to our house in a snow storm because it took longer than expected for the part to arrive! Josh also fixed our fridge and was very reasonable with pricing. We are lucky to have him right here in Seward!

James has done an awesome job repairing 2 refrigerators and a leaking dish washer and is there when he has you scheduled for service. This is the 2nd time we have used his services. We take pictures of the placard of the appliance needing repaired, and he comes from Seward to Crete (with reasonable travel rates) with the correct parts to repair our appliances. I would highly recommend him for your appliance repair.

James provided help in replacing an oven lightbulb that burned out. The protective glass cover over the bulb was difficult to remove, but he succeeded and successfully replaced the bulb! Repeated this again on April 28, 2025 as bulb failed again.

My gas range had James scratching his head but he kept digging until he found what was causing the problem. I’m very pleased with his work! Would highly recommend him!
