We are from out of town and helping our son move in Seward. We needed a fitting for a dishwasher and single sink, even though they didn’t have it in stock, they made something for us, can’t thank them enough! Mike was fantastic!

Ryan and Tim helped out with a clogged toilet. They were super helpful and personable and able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Scheduled appointment 3 months ago. Called today, to see when they would be out. was told if I had called last week they could have helped. But now they are booked. Meanwhile, my yard is burning up. Seems that we small time customers aren’t worth their time.

Jesse, Mike and the team at H&S showed up on time and ready to help with our issues. They were thorough in their inspections and in solving our problems. Jesse was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

H&s plumbing can't even fix a cracked value to shut off the water leading to the from the ground to the trailer. They were late to see if they tell me they can't fix it. But yet a plumbing company from lincoln has no issues and has fixed it before. I've had multiple problems with h&s unprofessional and the company doesn't want to work they brought three different people they are a waste of time . Don't use h&s unless you want to get the work done. There plubmvers are lazy and incompetent.

Always love calling them when I am in need..they will fit you in anytime. Had Trevor come out today to fix my water heater, he was amazing. Thanks to all of you at H & S..

With a large family having the water heater go out is bad, Having it go out on the weekend is worse but Tim and Brian from H&S responded and had us up an running in no time. Always professional and simply the best!!! Highly recommended!

Randy came out, repaired our leak at the washer valve and replaced the filters and compression tank on our RO system. He did an excellent job and was very personable.

Prompt service and great customer care! I called them late on a Saturday when my water heater went haywire and they had someone come out the next day and problem solved! They even allowed me to make payments on my bill. Thanks for everything!

I would recommend H & S Pluming for all you pluming and heating/AC needs! The new owners Brian and Allyson are doing a fantastic job at getting things re-organized and getting good employees they are proud to send out on a job. They are trustworthy and won't stop until you are happy with their work!

So a week ago I had an inspection done by black hills energy. Which was motivated by not only the impending cold weather but a new baby in the family. So It was about time to get it done as it was so long overdue. Upon completion of the inspection it was discovered that we had pin holes in the heat exchanger. The inspector raged our furnace and disconnected as a safety precision. Keep in mind this all happened on a Thursday late in the afternoon.

So I called around and finally got a hold of kay, at H and S. She heard me out as i wss a little frantic to get someone anyone to come out to get a quote. The expectation was no one would be available till at the earliest Friday. I scheduled it as it seemed to be the only option.

I was pleasantly surprised when Brian reached to me and said he could be out that day after 430. True to his word he came out and assessed the situation. He was up front and honest with his assessment and made sure I understood not just his option but others that could be taken. As I was in crunch time to make sure I had heat in the house to take care of my family I took a leap and went with getting a quote.

I found the prices reasonable and the installation time line acceptable. As it was a three day turn around as parts were ordered and the team made available.

So come round on monday the team was there early and did a good job on the installation. They were clean, efficient, experienced, and friendly which I appreciated as I can get nosy when it comes to work being done. They also went the extra mile to explain the what they did and why they did it. Even found a copper pipe that was a old gas connection and propperly capped it for me wothout a word. All in all awesome team and good work done!

By that afternoon I had a furnace up and running it was in the 40s so my wife had no complaints coming home to some heat. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. They have a good hard working, efficient, experienced, and friendly team.

Eric was great very trustible did not have to watch him got in got to work got the job done cleaned up his mess and got out the door just as quick as he came. Most Most important to me he was very personable and knew what he was talking about.

They came out to our home twice to give us an estimate on work we badly need done. The workers were very polite and seemed professional..

Sadly they never got back to us with an estimate or to schedule the work (by phone, email, by mail or in person) despite coming out here twice & receiving 3 follow up phone calls from us.

I think they decided the job was too much of a hassle so they blew us off. At least let us know instead of leaving us waiting on you!

I had a completely stopped up main line. Called in the morning, Kay helped out immediately and got me on the schedule. Mike then was able to stop over shortly there after and got our pipes flowing again! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Very much appreciated.

I've used them several different times as I've done remodeling in my batthroom and needing a new dish washer installed. Every time I have called them I received professional care and competent and friendly staff. I'm so glad I found them. All their work has been exemplary and timely. Without reservation I give them 5 stars.

The team at H&S is outstanding, from top to bottom. When our AC unit went out at the start of a week of hot weather, we received top notch, friendly, and efficient service from beginning to end - fair estimates, above and beyond in getting our new AC unit in town, and prompt installation. While this was our first AC project with them, we've used for plumbing as well with similar experience. Couldn't ask for more or recommend them highly enough - the owners have built a great team and it shows!

Good people. Good work. Randy was here on Wed 1/10/24 to do a involved plumbing repair. He was very informative and very professional doing the work and cleaned up after the job.
