James knew exactly what needed fixed given a pre-visit phone call. That and directing me on how to save time/money, the repair was done quickly. He even sent a picture of himself so I knew what he looked like - nice security consideration. The owner of my local appliance store was always quoting his recommendations. Now, I know why.

Called everywhere for my 15 yr old dryer, this place was only place to have heating element in stock. Special order anywhere else or a week out. He ran back to pick it up and drop it off, to my house. You don’t find too many places, with that kind of service anymore. The price was also very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier.
