A-team has done it again! I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire staff is! Our furnace went out right before one of the coldest days this winter and in less than 24 hours Scott and his team were out to install the furnace. They are so professional and did a great job! We’ve had them service our AC in the past and they’ve always been great to work with. Highly recommended this company.

Edit: The alley behind the location has 2 entrances. The one on the Dollar General side, I was in fact blocking, almost completely. The van driver still squeezed by there though, props to him.

There are 2 entrances to the alley, one on your side and one on the Dollar General side. Your driver could have used your side, but didn’t, and he was returning from service not leaving to service. I know this because he hopped in his personal vehicle and left after cursing at me and threatening me.

On top of everything else you have proved yourselves dishonest, and nobody needs to take my word. Just look at the satellite view of this store and try to imagine a truck so long that it blocks both sides of the alley.

If you can’t be trusted to own up for the actions of your employees, you certainly cannot be trusted when it comes to running a business. How could your customers trust you not to rip them off?

Original: I was outside of this building for business at the Dollar General next door and an employee came out of the building in hysterics screaming, threatening, and cursing at me for what amounted to a minor inconvenience for his coworker, not even him.

I called the business to ask them what the point of him throwing a fit was, and got no answer.

I can’t trust employees of this place to behave in a civil manner in their own parking lot, I would surely not bring them into my home or business. Screaming threats and curses at random people in a parking lot is not behavior you expect from people who are supposed to be professionals.
