I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I called the day after thanksgiving with an electrical wiring repair. He showed up within 30 minutes of the call and got straight to it. Very polite and cordial. Got everything figured out and back on the same day. Amazing service and amazing price, I can not say enough good things.

I was referred to Big Red Electric by a business associate. Travis with Big Red took my call, inspected my property, promised to get back to me with a bid but I never heard anything back. I called several times over the next couple of weeks, never was able to reach anyone and did not receive a return call. I then contacted the referral source, he followed up, and was told that they were declining the opportunity as there was "too much work". I never heard anything more from Big Red. Not professional at all.

We built with Advantage Development almost 3 years ago, they use Big Red Electic. We paid extra for an outlet in the soffit for Christmas lights and extra for a 220 hot tub connection. Upon attempting to plugin the hot tub, the circuit breaker continued to pop. The electricians told us we had a bad mother board in the hot tub and it needed to be replaced. While another team of people were at the house, not electricians, we were talking about it, one of them took a look and found the wires were crossed. Fixed the wires, and we haven't had any issues since. This year, (2020) while putting up Christmas lights, having extension cords hanging all over, the neighbor was over, (he's in construction), he said, we should have had outlets in the soffit. After explaining that we did and the switch has been dead since we moved in, he took a look, again to find wires were crossed. We made multiple complaints to the builder as well as the electricians, and both told us, it was not their issue. The electricians, were actually rather rude and told us it was the circuit breaker and after multiple times of explaining that we had tripped the circuit breaker as well as tracked every gfci outlet, they still refused to come and look, siting it was our issue and they would not waste their time. I would not recommend Big Red Electric.

About 2 months ago Big Red came out to do some electrical work. After doing an evaluation they said they would be back when it's not so hot out. Now they don't return phone calls. So unprofessional. I've worked in construction for 30 years and never had a day where it was to hot to work. On to the next one.

Travis installed 200 AMP service panel and wired outlets as well as electric furnace. Outstanding service and I highly recommend this company for all electrical service issues. Pulling the wires was a difficult endeavor and this professional was able to complete the job with ease! Great company!!!
