If you read no more thn the beginning of this, let me say that from the onset of the discussions about replacing a substantially deteriorating railroad tie retaining wall through the proposal (yes, it takes a chunck of change), to the progress and completion of the job, my experience with Jensen Gardens met and exceeded my expectations. I had a great deal of confidence in their work since they have been doing spring and fall clean-ups and landscape maintenance for me for several years. Ann administered this project as a true pro and returned calls and texts rapidly, answered questions completely, and made everyting clear. The real tribute goes to Oscar, Carlos, and Jose. They were all very talented, hard workers, considerate of doing a minimum of impact on my lawn - a lot of heavy equipment and product had to make multiple trips to the backyard and there definitely was to be damage. They mitigated that as much as possible and left the ground in such way that I am confident the grass will grow again and before long I'll forget about that and just enjoy how incredible the wall looks, and how sturdy it will be for years and years. But back to the guys themselves. They were all so courteous and pleasnant to interact with and admirably withstood my sense of humor, which presents a challenge beyond building a wall. The project ran into some delays with the rain, but these guys always seemed to make up for lost time and kept things moving as best as could be expected. Yes, building a wall like this is expensive - yet when I think about the hours it takes, the incredible manual abor involved, the equipment, and the product costs, with the project now being complete I believe I received true value for the dollar, and the dollar was a fair price. Thanks folks.

Worked with Jensen Gardens on a commercial project in West Omaha, they went above and beyond to meet the clients expectations. Travis did amazing job managing the crew and getting the work done and in incredibly urgent timely matter. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing a professional landscape service.

Utilized by our builder, I had never heard nor dealt with Jensen Gardens before. Their nursery is on the smaller side, but the staff could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! With their help, I selected two trees for our new home. The crew came out and planted them and did a fantastic job, clearing the area once done. I highly recommend and plan to visit again in the spring for other planting needs!!

Jenson Gardens supplied me with the best service! Ann Wickenhauser helped me choose the plants. She sent the best team of men! Javier, Hugo, Joe worked hard to plant just as I asked, helped me clean up and water!! This made my spring!!

Kim and the crew did a fantastic job planting our new trees, shrubs, cleaning up the edges and laying down fresh mulch. They were timely, fast, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I can't imagine calling on anyone else.

Jensen Gardens did an amazing job of updating my small outdoor spaces. The boulder border is perfect. The crew was amazing. Professional in every respect. Prompt, courteous and very hard working. They were a pleasure to work with.

We purchased a tree from Jensen Gardens and couldn't be happier with the experience. Nate took the time to discuss our needs, look at a picture of our yard and make great recommendations. After our purchase, Nate kept us well informed on the delivery. Jose, Isidro and Jorge were friendly and efficient in installing and mulching the tree. It looks great! Nate called a few days later to see how we liked it and answer my care questions. Minutes later he sent an email with care instructions that we can reference later. I'm glad we had Jensen. I hope we have a chance to use them again!!

Job well done by the crew and the cleanup was excellent when they were done. Kim is fabulous in her help along the way!

Working with Kim Davidson and her polite crew of Nelson, Euclaides, and Alfonso has been an excellent experience. Kim was very patience and accommodating with constant changes having to be made in bidding process. She is prompt, creative, pleasant, and so thoughtful. We are pleased with the results of our projects and would highly recommend Kim and company.

I hired Jensen Gardens to replace a tree that was damaged by a vehicle during a collision. I had never used this company before so I didn't know what to expect. They were able to remove the tree stump and get the new tree planted in record time! I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done. They also had to pull up a heavy metal grate which they did and set it back in place without damaging it. I'll definitely be considering Jensen Gardens for all my future landscaping work.

Kim did an amazing job. She was present at various times during the installation and was open to making a few changes on the fly. The crew was very prompt and worked diligently to get the project completed. They were also very conscientious about cleaning up upon completion.

Jensen Gardens (Larissa and Ignacio's team) did an awesome job of cleaning up the weeds in our landscaping. You make us look good! We appreciate all you do. Keep up the good work!

We are so impressed with Jensen Gardens and the warranty work they did in repairing our seated wall which had started to separate. They responded quickly once we notified them and sent out the Gustavo Crew who did a meticulous repair and even went above and beyond in filling in some areas with paver sand and making them look so much better. We have used Jensen Gardens for multiple retaining walls and a fire pit patio and will use them again for any other projects we have in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Travis at Jensen Gardens on the Blackstone project, and I couldn't be more impressed! Jensen Gardens did an absolutely spectacular job with respect to spring clean-up - they truly made our property look like a resort! I can't say enough phenomenal things about Ann Wickenhauser first and foremost (she consistently goes far above and beyond and is incredibly kind and responsive as well), along with her amazing landscapers including project manager Javier (amazingly talented) as well as lead Nelson (also fantastic)!

Another fantastic experience with both the skilled hardscape (Gustavo’s) and landscape (Nelson’s) crews. Thorough, meticulous, detail oriented, and extremely hard working. They worked efficiently through storms and intense heat. We have gotten so many compliments on their work, which is truly art!

Highly recommend!!! We needed a 70 ft wall to expand the drive and parking area for our new shed. Nate suggested a boulder wall that turned out awesome as well as budget friendly. Arturo and his crew were in and out in a few days, they protected the lawn and left the project looking great. Thank you, Jensen Gardens!!!

Salvadore and his crew at Jensen Gardens were out at our property for two days this weeks helping prepare our landscape for Lusterstone to overlay our patios and pool deck. They went way above and beyond helping out! It was very hot, humid, and heavy work! There were several heavy pots and pieces of furniture that we needed help moving and they assisted immediately! This was not expected, but so very appreciated! They are always so friendly and handle all of our landscaping needs on our acreage property with care and expertise! They are also very professional, hardworking and courteous. I am so thankful for their help.

Top notch from consultation to completion!! Kim was a pleasure to work with and I loved that she brought pictures of the plants to support the plan! The team that completed the work kept the job site clean and worked steadily and efficiently to complete the project beautifully. Cleanup was impeccable - there is no evidence that they were here other than the beautiful work they left. Highly recommend and will be back for my next project. Thank you!

Nate from Jensen's designed our yard four years ago. Awesome job. I still send him pictures and thank Jensen Gardens for the creative design, quality materials and great customer service. Nate really listened to what I wanted and liked and made it happen!!

Installation crew was amazing. Quick, clean, and efficient. They were kind and allowed my family to check on progress throughout the day and let us ask questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them.

As for Kim, she was kind and knowledgeable but, I felt as though the communication was lacking. We did have a smaller project but it would have been nice being treated equal to if it was a bigger project.

Nothing too bad, I still enjoyed my experience and we loved the work that was done. I would definitely work with Jensen, Kim, and the crew again.
