I emailed them to request a quote on their testing services for my home, but I also mentioned that I had plans to run a test myself first. Martie, wrote me back right away and offered to walk me through my own testing if I had any questions. I took her up on the offer and called her. After 10 minutes of helpful advise, I was on my way. Luckily for me, my results were good, but if I needed to move forward, I would not hesitate for a second to use their services... really amazing.

Guys delivered mulch for me and it was prompt same day service. Will be using them for other services.

For a turn key operation for the entire outside, DMS can't be beet. Makes life easier to only have one place to call for any outside issue.

Just had a driver in a company truck almost hit me and someone else as they ran plowed through two yards and destroyed the front end of their truck before fleeing the scene at Sandy Point.

After seeing that I wouldn’t trust this company or any of its workers with anything.

This company has been a tremendous resource. They are a very talented bunch and truly are a full service company whether it's pools, lawn maintenance, retaining walls or commercial work they do it well and at a great value.

Excellent customer service. Love our new hot tub! Chad and his crew did a fantastic job setting it up and doing a wonderful job with after purchase questions.

I have had them clean up my landscaping every other year and put down new mulch for the past four years. They have done a very good job for me. I learned about them from my neighbor who also uses their services.

This company is a DISASTER!!

As part of new construction I had a retaining wall, sod, and sprinkler system installed. DMS was the company my builder (L&L Custom Homes) previously worked with.

DMS was told the sprinkler system was to be installed in all landscaping beds in addition to the yard and to ensure the sprinkler control box would accommodate all the required zones. I was given an estimate for the sod and the sprinkler system as discussed and told by DMS representative that the sprinkler system for the landscape beds would need to be installed after the landscaping was installed so they would know where to install the sprinkler heads (I should have gotten that in writing).

After landscaping was installed I contacted DMS to install the sprinklers only to discover the person I was working with no longer worked there. They sent Nate (DMS owner's son) to review what was to be done as they could not find any original documentation regarding the perimeter sprinkler system. Per Nate, the sprinkler control box was inadequate and did not allow for the additional zones. Additionally, they would not be able to access the flower bed in front of my house due to my circle drive due to the inability to run a line under the concrete. Since they could not locate the original bid, an additional $2,000 would be required for the landscape sprinklers.

At this time, I also gave them a drawing which included perimeter flower beds along the fencing, a pergola and free standing fireplace for my backyard that I wanted installed the following summer. The bid for this project was $40K.

I waited all summer and into the fall of 2018 for the sprinkler system to be completed. In early spring 2019, I contacted DMS stating that I wanted to make sure they had my project on the list as I did not want to go through another summer of pulling hoses and sprinklers to water my flowers. I was told the project would be completed in the Spring as soon as the ground was no longer frozen.

After numerous calls on my part and multiple cancellations by DMS the sprinkler crew showed up. I reviewed what was to be done with their crew and unlocked the gates to the backyard. I told them they needed to close and latch the gates so my dogs wouldn't get out. After being at my home for less than 20 minutes they left leaving the gates wide open to my backyard and not telling me they were leaving. I have 2 dogs that have free access to the backyard who were then running loose in the neighborhood. Fortunately, I was home and able to coax the dogs back home once I discovered the open gates.

I called the owner of DMS for an explanation. She told me the sprinkler crew did not have the parts to do the job and that she would get back to me within one week with a new date. 2 weeks later, NO return phone call and NO NEW DATE.

By this time, an ENTIRE YEAR had passed and we were going back into the warmer months. Needless to say, I had had enough! I went to their office to inquire about the status of my sprinkler system. Nate and his mother where in the office and surprised that I would personally come to the office to ask about my project. I asked for my drawings for the additional perimeter flowers, pergola and outdoor freestanding fireplace. They searched through their files and could not find the drawings that I gave to Nate the previous summer. Needless to say, I fired them on the spot.

At that time, DMS was also completing my yard service inclusive of mowing, fertilizer and weed control. DMS lawn service is also a JOKE. I had an excessive amount of clover and dandelions in my lawn. I planted wisteria vines on my perimeter fencing which their landscaping people would weed wack off and and the list goes on and on. This company is the DISASTER of Landscaping companies.

On a happy note, I called ELKHORN LAWN CARE LLC. They had the sprinklers installed and working within 2 weeks AND at LESSER cost. Elkhorn Lawn Care now does all my lawn care. No more damaged wisteria, no more weeds and better yet.... NO MORE DMS!!!!!

They shot wet grass all over 4 vans in an upscale neighborhood in Elkhorn, totally disrespectful. I really hope you don't treat customers vehicles like that.

We had the best experience with DMS. Tyler was great to work with! They were professional and finished our retaining wall in just 3 1/2 days. They cleaned up each evening after finishing the work for the day, which our neighbors were happy about. I have nothing but good things to say and our retaining wall looks amazing!!!

Nothing but positive things to say about DMS. They stepped in to fix our retaining wall when the original contractor wouldn't. Steve called regularly to give us updates and his team did an excellent job rebuilding our retaining wall.

Great staff. They really take time to help you to bring your vision to life. They are also cost conscious.

I'm working at a yard with an irrigation system they manage. I called to ask that the person in charge of the irrigation let me know when the system would be running so I could plan on my end. I was told that that person might to be too busy to call me back. Imagine in a world of cell phones being too busy to make a call and provide 10 seconds worth of information. He could have simply texted me the days of the week the system is scheduled to run. I ended up having the homeowner text the owner of DMS to get that information. Too busy or too full of themselves? I have given their name out a number of times over the years. Never again.
