Constraction reviews in Boulder City, Nevada

Home Shield was professional and thorough on their inspection process. Helped me discover several potential issues on a home I was purchasing, that I never would have noticed myself. Will be recommending them to others. Can't thank them enough!

Did a great job at finding any issues with the house. Scott is very professional and punctual, would recommend to anyone

Scott was Professional and explained what he was looking for and why. When he found items he explained what he found and took good pictures. The report he sends has all his findings and recommendations. Definitely will use him again in the future

I highly recommend Home shield Inspections. They pick up the phone, answer text, and emails right away which is really important to me. They did my inspection next day. Scott did a great job. He checked everything out and explained everything in detail. I got the report the next morning and it was extremely detailed and well done with good photos and descriptions.

Scott was very quick to respond to all communication and did our inspection and got us our report within 24 hours. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend him to others.

We used Scott for our home inspection and he was Extremely thorough. If you are looking for a home inspector, Scott is your guy!

Scott is very professional. I receive the reports quickly which really helps. He also summarizes the important items he sees.

Scott was great. He provided a detailed home inspection report, on time and courteous. Would recommend!

Whatever you do, do not use this guy. He did a horrible job for us and missed numerous costly issues with our home. He just came in and did the bare minimum and got paid. He missed numerous issues with our pool equipment. He also never even went up into our attic to inspect our HVAC system. His incompetence is costing us literally thousands of dollars. Run away from this guy!

I’m so glad that I was recommended to get an inspection by Home Shield Inspections! From the moment Scott began his debrief on our inspection, I instantly knew he was clearly an expert and that he had been doing this for YEARS! Scott preformed our inspection above and beyond our expectations. As long as I live in Las Vegas, there will be no one else I’m calling to inspect my future home. I will be calling back with ZERO hesitation!!!! Thank you again Scott for seeing things that weren’t visible to others! Forever grateful!

We have hired Scott with Home Shield Inspections to perform floor level surveys and monitor grout injections at homes that are under repair for construction defect due to settlement. He provides professional service and is very detailed. GeoKinetics gives Home Shield Inspections a 5 STAR review and recommends their professional services!

Scott was amazing! He is super knowledgeable and professional! He explained things in great detail about the home inspection and was unbiased in his findings! There is No one better!

Scott did an extremely thorough job of inspecting my home and presented a report that was equally thorough. Unlike other inspector's I have worked with in the past, Scott was willing to walk through the entire house to point out issues he came across and worked with me when it came to my limited timeline. I feel very confident in referring him to friends and family.

Scott, with Home Shield Inspections, conducted an inspection on a home that my family just closed on. Scott was prompt, responsive, and thorough; the report he provided offered an in depth view of the home we were in escrow on, and gave us the peace of mind to purchase. Scott was so detailed, that the seller even commented how she “wished she’d used his services when they purchased.” Thank you to Scott, and Home Shield Inspections!

The inspection that Scott provided was outstanding. Not only is he very thorough and detailed in his work but he knew exactly what he was talking about when we were asking 100 questions. He was able to fit us in his schedule with little notice. Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get a home inspected. (Best in Las Vegas/ Boulder City)

Knowledgeable, professional and thorough are the first words that come to mind when I consider the work done by Scott @ home shield inspections. I contracted him to inspect a property on a Saturday. He was scheduled for the Tuesday following and was there promptly After the inspection, he provided a detailed report documenting all issues, positive and negative. He provides excellent follow up and insight as well. Working with Scott is a no brainer good decision.

Report is very thorough. Also nice to have another set of eyes looking at my house to see issues that I wouldn't think of. The majority of the issues I can fix myself. Thanks Scott for your time and professionalism.

Scott inspected our historic house before we bought it, and he was prompt, punctual, and professional. He got the comprehensive report to us laser fast, enabling us to negotiate with the seller and ultimately close on the house. He's a great guy, too. Highly recommended!

Scott did a very thorough and professional home inspection for us. His methodical approach covered the inspection of all the segments of our home and his comprehensive discussion with us and follow-up report at the completion of the inspection ensured that every detail was addressed. I highly recommend Scott and Home Shield Inspections.

We hired Scott to inspect a house we were planning on purchasing. Everything looked good when we visited ourselves. We were surprised to see all of the issues that came up after the inspection. It was all things that we would’ve never noticed ourselves and could have ran into issues down the road if we bought the house. Scott was very thorough and left no stone unturned. I’d recommend using this company for the ultimate piece of mind before you purchase a home.

Scott performed an inspection of our new house about 4 months from the expiration of our warranty and was able to test systems (HVAC and plumbing) and check out areas that we weren't able to check such as the attic and roof. He patiently answered questions during the inspection and he generated a detailed report outlining his findings which I was able to review with the builder. Scott also was responsive to later requests (one months later) for extra pictures and video that he took. We're very pleased with the assurances we got as a result of his inspection.
