The team at Modern Air was excellent. My family chose them to install our AC system today, they showed up on time and ready to go. Very professional crew, they were able to install my new unit and get everything working perfectly. They went above and beyond to help me understand the unit and to make sure that everything was working at its best. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for HVAC service or new installations. Great company, Great people.

Professional, friendly, thorough and reasonably priced service is what you can expect to get from Jeremy and his crew. Before buying our new home in Boulder City, we had them stop by to give the HVAC system a look as it didn't seem to be working properly. Almost immediately, he was able to find that an improper high limit switch was installed and turned off the gas until we could get it replaced. After we took possession of the home, I had him come out again and he not only was able to make the repair quickly, he also provided me with a complete parts list for the unit, just in case we needed servicing in the future. He also took the time to prepare and present a no pressure quote to have the entire system replaced, just in case and being that it was over 20 years old. I really can't recommend his services more.

I had another great experience today repairing the leak coming from my air-conditioning when it rained. Jeremy communicated by text got technicians out the next business day. The service call price was more than fair and reasonable.. I have three properties and I would always choose Modern Air over any of the other companies in Boulder City. They are quick, honest and have great communication skills I would highly recommend them!
