This is our second home inspection with Scott. He is detail oriented and thorough, quick to respond and professional. I would do business again with this company.

Working with Scott was a great Experience. He not only was there early but was very professional, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Scott was very professional and went out of his way to explain everything that was good and wrong about the property I was buying.

Please use him as an housing inspector he top 10 in my book

They did an Excellent job. Started early and flew a drone above the home to inspect the roof. Went through the whole house and checked everything. This was a new build home and found many issues. If we didn't have this done we would have never known about the electrical issues. 5 stars

I have been working with Home Shield Inspections for a few years now. Scott is thorough and punctual. I highly recommend his services.

Very very professional!! Very thorough, explained things slowly and precisely. Repeated things in layman's terms when needed. Was slightly disappointed the drone was broke, HOWEVER, I did think it was a class act when he offered to come back for free just to show us the drone. We denied, but the offer was a step above in my thoughts. Overall, I think the father taught the sons very well!!!

Thanks Scott for doing our home inspection! You made it easy and reassuring for us to finalize this purchase. We will always choose this company when we need it! Thanks again! Alexis and Ian.

Soon-to-be First Time Home Owner here, and WOW! These guys are the best! In this crazy market, I needed a super quick turnaround inspection AND report, and Scott was able to accommodate! And answer all my rookie questions! Thank you!

I highly recommend Home shield Inspections. They pick up the phone, answer text, and emails right away which is really important to me. They did my inspection next day. Scott did a great job. He checked everything out and explained everything in detail. I got the report the next morning and it was extremely detailed and well done with good photos and descriptions.
