I would highly recommend this company to anyone they were recommended to me by my next-door neighbor at my other home. They gave me a service window up between 1 o’clock and 3 o’clock. The technician showed up just after 1 o’clock instead of how they usually are with other companies where you wait all day for them to the last moment this was a big. Also, they were very efficient, they were Inexpensive and like many other companies did not try to sell me something that I did not need. The service was quick and thorough. I could not be more pleased and I have no problem. Highly recommending this company to others. I will continue to use them for years to come on both of my homes. Also, I cannot say enough about my technician, wonderful employee, professional, and thorough. Very pleasant to deal with.

Fair price for the work done. Old gas furnace needed part said it would come Fri, or maybe sooner. Came at 1:00 Friday with part and installed in about a hour which was very good considering it was a tight fit and he had to loosen half the furnace to get it in place. they always do a good job and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service. Appointment was scheduled 12-2pm. Technician showed up at 11:45 with a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the system. My heating system is fixed and the air conditioning system was cleaned for the summer. Thank you

Maintenance person was not personable. We were quoted one price from the company and a larger price from the maintenance person. This was just a simple maintenance service. The maintenance person cleaned a filter inside the house and left dirt on the floor, even though he had his own vacuum.

We have asked Anderson HVAC to provide a bid to upgrade our heating system to an heating and air conditioning system. So far so good. They answer the phones quickly, they respond promptly, they're polite, they're friendly, and they were definitely the fastest company to respond come to our home and survey it.

Wow! My air conditioner went out two weeks ago. We had a company come out immediately, they told us the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available (obsolete) and that they could send someone out to give us an estimate on a new system. They came out and gave us a quote for $25,000. My husband went on Amazon and found the part he thought we needed, he installed it but it still wasn’t working. I called Anderson Heating and Air, they sent someone out the next day. The technician said that there were two blower motors, the part that needed to be replaced, but he replaced the wrong one. The technician replaced what he called a rescue motor plus fixed a bad connection between the condenser and the main unit and got it working. Thank you for being an honest person!!!!!❤️ We will use Anderson for all of our heating and cooling maintenance and repairs.

Called with short notice expecting to wait for some days before getting service. Our AC was dead. It was during a heat wave and expected them to be BOOKED FULL. However, they rescheduled the annual maintenance calls for “No colds” and showed up within 45 minutes. WOW! The service was completed professionally and fast! Even in the extreme heat! BEST company to work with!!

I couldn't be happier with the prompt, honest and professional service I received from Anderson Heating & A/C. I met Rafael H. first, thinking I needed a new system. He was quick to point out that my system could be repaired versus replaced, which was such great news after being told by another company a repair wasn't possible! He called his service manager and assured me they would be back out that afternoon to assess.

True to his word, I received a call from the office letting me know Dennis would be arriving between 2-4 pm. Dennis arrived around 2 pm & did the necessary tests to diagnose the issue. I needed a new condenser coil as it was leaking. He called the Lennox dealer with the serial number confirming the part was still under warranty. Imagine my delight at going from an initial quote from company "X" of a new outdoor system of $7,300 to labor & refrigerant costs of $1,600!

I have signed up for their annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement to keep my Heating & A/C system working well into the future. I highly recommend Anderson Heating & A/C.

Efficient, fast, friendly and fair. Service people don’t work on commission, so give you the straight truth when they assess the issues. Brian was great, pointed out some additional things and offered great suggestions for added efficiency. Locally owned and operated - not one of the ma y national chains in our area now (we have dealt with those guys before and it Serbs that they are always trying to sell way more than fixing the problem). Anderson gets my highest recommendation.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option!!!! We had Anderson install our HVAC system in 2016, quickly had issues with it and had issues with them fixing it so we just ignored it (which was totally our fault). So when it failed this year and we called another company to fix it imagine our surprise when we found out Anderson never pulled a permit!!!! So we had Dennis and Raphael in our house the next day (had to demand Chelsey understand to urgency) telling me they were so sorry and they would “make it right”. That never , happened. We were left without a/c doing a heat emergency week, me with chronic illness and I almost landed in the hospital (I reached out to Dennis several times explaining this) and my 85 yr old mother who had to cut her visit short and go back home. It took 4 days for them to get the inspection done so we could even have another company come out and work on the unit, I had to demand Dennis leave my house when he was “fixing” code violations before the inspector got here!!!! On day 5 within 15 min of another company coming out we had a temporary fix and working a/c until problem could be properly fixed!!! Are you kidding me? How dare them put me and my mother in danger for something that could have been resolved in 15 minutes. Disgusting company I would run if they ever came to my door

I’ve used Anderson for years. Left them for one season and truly regretted the decision. Integrity is everything and Anderson has it.

Was upset that no one called me back after calling emergency number and office number on Thursday. Called them and they got the tech out within 20 minutes. Repairs done and now I have heat, TY
