They came to supposedly "trim" my beautiful front yard tree. What they did was just hack off ALL the branches to the trunk lower than about 25-30 feet. There was no shaping, no care about how the tree looked or the health of the tree. Additionally, there are still dead branches hanging in the tree. I used this company before for tree removal - that's evidently all they do. Kill and remove trees. Do not use them for trimming or pruning...
