Jose, the Christians, Juan and Rafael were excellent at their jobs, very hard workers and did a fantastic install! Highly recommend!!!

I am a property manager and I had not worked with this HVAC company before, but one of my clients asked me to do so, since they had worked with them before. I wish I had something more positive to say, but this entire process with Eagles was painstaking. First they gave me a time frame for ordering a part, and it took 3 times that long to come in, and they never called to provide an update. I had to reach out to them multiple times when I had not heard anything. Once they received the part, they were a no show for 3 appointments, and did not bother to call to say they needed to reschedule. One of the many times I called, the gentleman who answered the phone, who I believe is the owner, was extremely rude. Then once they had finally installed the new condenser, and I had paid their invoice, 2 weeks later they called and told me there is another outstanding invoice. Apparently they billed for one of the times they did (or even did not show, I am not sure) come out to diagnose the issue, but never sent me that invoice. Just a very disappointing experience, will not be using them again.

This company did a great job in getting my heater up and running again. Called before service person came out, and they were always here on time.
