Never had my phone call returned.

Amazing service, if I could give more then 5 stars then I would.

I called several times left several voice mails, never did receive a call back, I understand this is a busy time of year al ot of residence need help with electrical issues , but a simple call back to a least say they where to busy to take on any more calls would of been nice , when you offer a service to the public people tend to rely on these services it can be stressful for those people that are looking and to never get a call back is frustrating..

Been using them for years always do quality work.

Very professional, friendly and worked in a timely manner. Prompt on the time they said they would be here. Came to complete the job they were requested to do. Found items that were not to code, fixed them with our approval. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you Joe at TechCity. He was on time, clean and professional. He was able to fix a wrongfully wired ceiling fan that another company could not figure out.

It all began the morning of November 25th when a power pole hit my back porch roof. Thank God it didn't hit the gas meter. I called all the companies that service Silver Springs and he was the only one who could help. We were with out power for 12 days. Techcity went over and beyond helping us.
