My wife and I got home the other night and our heater wouldn't turn on so I gave them a call. Sean came out after hours the same night and got everything fixed for us at a great price. Service was terrific and we haven't had any problems since.

Horrible company and Horrible drivers the driver drive on i80 west this morning at 7 30 headed twords reno from usaparkway was doing almost 97 miles an hour was driving lane to lane cut me off I had to hit my brakes and almost caused a crash dude had to regards for anyone's safety

Shawn was early for our appointment, he is so nice and knowledgeable. Fixed us up in no time.

Shawn has always come highly recommended in Fernley. Our air conditioner was acting up this morning and within a few minutes he responded and arrived at our home. He was friendly, professional, and explained thorouly what the issue was. It was quick and affordable service and now my boys and dogs don't have to be in a hot house. Thank you!!

My furnace had stopped blowing hot air and I had just had a baby, so I called Ultimate Air to come out, the owner Shawn was super helpful with coordinating the tech to come out and the tech who came out was nice. However, he did not have a price list available for what we needed done at the moment and said we’d have to confirm price with the owner who was currently not available but because I had a two week old, I really needed the heat to be working so we just told him to do it not expecting the bill to be over $700. We also needed our coils cleaned but was told it would be an additional $900 so we opt’d to doing that part ourselves. I was very shocked at the price but appreciated having a fixed heater. Next time, Guess I’ll have to wait to confirm pricing first. Will be more careful next time but thought the tech could have been more transparent of the price range it would end up being.

I had a valve problem and a bad relay on my heater when it was 25 degrees out. Ultimate Air came out within the hour and had it fixed in 30 minutes with reasonable pricing.

So I have to put this review up and I hope it helps other people with AC issues. My parents AC stopped working and Dad had called a company called Sierra ******* out of Reno. A tech came out to look at our system and gave a bunch of Blah Blah Blah and said we needed a whole new system. So following day a sale rep came out and did a while walk thru of the house attic and under the flooring. Which we were told that there was a duct that was disconnected and even shown pictures!!! Talk about taking advantage of seniors “my parents”Well we were quoted min $14k for their basic system!!! We’ll know to get to the good part of this review.
Our neighbor who’s been a long time resident to Fernley said we should get a second opinion and she called her go to company Ultimate Air. So they came out the next day and looked at our unit. Did a swap on a thingymabob lol and BAM!!!! so I brought to the techs attention if he could reattach the duct under the house and so he went down there looked around and popped back up and said “ there’s nothing disconnected “ I’m like WTH!! … so yeah he could of said “ I fixed it “ gotta love honesty. I have to say if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I haven’t read any of the previous reviews on here, but this is my honest review and experience. Gotta say thank you to Rose for referring and sorry I forgot the name of the tech that came out today, but if he reads this, he’ll know the house and me cause we had some good convos on everthing. And 1 more thing “support local businesses” thank you again Ultimate Air.

Summer of 2022 they installed a new AC unit and new heater. Awesome price and we're quick and polite. They go above and beyond for their customers.This year I had a problem with my old thermostat and the company once again took time to fit me in and get my house cooling down.
Absolutely would use and recommend their service.

I don’t think anybody realizes how hard Shaun and Melissa work. I contacted them yesterday to let them know that my water heater was acting up And he was here at 6:30 A.m. And done by 7 AM. I highly recommend Ultimate Air for all of your needs

The experience my family had with UltimateAir was truly amazing. We had an AC unit installed on our new home by a Reno company that you have likely heard of. That installation was not to our satisfaction, the house was not cooling properly and running constantly.

I gave Shawn a UltimateAir a call and he asked me the questions the other company had not. He was able to identify the short falling of the unit on our home and even had recommendations as to what he believed the fix to be.

The installation team was very respectful and communicative. They had a new unit installed and my home was keeping cool within a few hours of their arrival. After using a faulty piece of equipment for 3 weeks this was a fantastic relief.

Even though Shawn doesn't spell his name correctly (Sean), he and his team are a wonderful group of people that care about the customer they are servicing. Their price CANNOT be beat and neither can the positive attitude they deliver to your home!!!

Outstanding service. My air-conditioning quit suddenly yesterday, and it was getting quite warm in thehouse. I called several places here in Fernley and was told it would be 2 or 3 days before anyone could respond. Ultimate Air responded within 2 hours, found a broken switch, repaired it, and had the system up and running within 1/2 hour. I think the tech's name was John. Very pleasant and efficient. Thank you, Ultimate Air.

Missy, Sean and their entire team are amazing. Not only did we have a great experience with them for our most recent needs of an AC unit and a water heater but everyone I talk to about Ultimate Air in Fernley loves them. Not only is their service over the top, their pricing is way more competitive than anyone I spoke to in Reno. A 91-year-old man thought he had a furnace problem before the text showed up it was discovered it was the sound from a compact disc player the tech came in talked to the man for 5 minutes charged him $85 for doing nothing and left a 91-year-old man sick and dying of cancer what a shame how could you bring yourself to do that

This is about the worst HVAC Contractor I've ever worked with (I've used four different HVAC contractors in the Northern Nevada area) Mis-wired Mini Split in our addition and kept telling us it didn't work because we didn't know how to use it. Now the head unit's drain is clogged and we are going on two weeks without a fix. Also the communication and scheduling is very poor.

Ultimate Air's staff are great. They got me on their schedule quickly and their prices are far lower than anywhere else.
Shawn came on time the day of the service; and was professional, fast, and efficient. He did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend Ultimate Air. We plan on using them for anything HVAC related in the future. Stay local and support a small business. You won't be disappointed.

AC failed Sunday night. Call monday morning and was able to get a early appointment on Tuesday. Came on time and was able to replace the failed capacitor on site and then did a cleaning. would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services

ultimate air recently came out and replaced our furnace to be compatible with our new a.c unit that they also replaced! they totally rocked it out in about three to three and a half hours times. professional and knowledgeable! did i mention they will more than likely have the best pricing around? they are nearly half the price of other companies when it comes to replacing your ac unit! when your hot and without air, ultimate air is the way to go!!
