Excellent in solar and electrical

Called High Desert Electric three times and no return phone call. I would not recommend this company for reliable customer service.

Jim and his team are really great! I called him in at first to just fix some attic fans I was having trouble with and he ended up helping me troubleshoot my solar system (turns out my batteries were bad) and run a line of 220 for my rental unit for a dryer. Extremely knowledgable and trustworthy. He'll be my electrician I call every time from now on. Thanks Jim!

Technicians showed up within 2 hours of call. Problem was resolved in about 75 minutes.

With 20+ years dealing with contractors, I have never seen this level of incompetence. His understanding of the NEC & CRS electrical codes is none. After more than 4 months I finally had to hire another contractor to complete my project. Unbelievable!

Did our remodel. Left me with a mess. Cut corners and used the old wires to extend new power. Popping breakers is my life now. Broke our 5th wheel electrical system due to a bad outlet installation and never fixed it. I've called dozens of times of the years and he has yet to make things right. He also insulted my wife on several occasions making rude comments. Not very professional or responsible...does everything you are not supposed to do as a contractor. Hard to believe this guy still has his license!?!

It shocks me to see negative reviews for this company. We first had them install a new access for our barn about ten years ago they had to dig a trench for a new line and cracked an irrigation pipe as soon as I told him about it he fixed it. That does not happen in the construction world. Then about two years ago they helped us with a remodel and made great suggestions. They also showed up when they said they were going to show up. Which if you have done anything in the construction world does not happen often. So we called them again to run a dictated line for us. We had an issue with the breaker because the appliance was pulling more electricity than expected. I called them and they came out that day and replaced the breaker. I will be using A and D for as long as I can.

Extremely rude lady working in there today. Saturday march 14. I never leave reviews but wow I have not been so irritated before by someone. I have never been in this store and needed to drop off packages, so I’m taking a moment to look around and she rudely says shipping is over there! Where all the signs are in the most condescending tone. Yes I saw the signs but there were a million signs and a lot of writing on them so excuse me for taking a moment to read them. I will never shop at this store because of this lady. Do not work with the public if you don’t know how to be nice even if you have to tell people all day long the same thing.

I love this place! Everyone who works here is so very helpful and full of great information. They have the greatest gift items in this store as well. ❤️

I mainly use this as a location to drop off my shipments for UPS and FEDEX. I have always had a good experience. I have also looked around the store and it seems well kept. I always try to support local businesses when I can.

The store is really cute but the way the owners treat people is ridiculous. They are so rude!!! I will never, ever go in there for anything other than to ship my Fed Ex and UPS packages off. Not sure how one stays in business when they are so crude. I also am reporting their bad service to Fed Ex and UPS. Maybe we need a different drop location.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. This store is also an official FedEx drop-off location which is extremely convenient!
