They brought down two broken limbs from a recent wind storm then trimmed the branches off my roof and my neighbors roof. They did exactly what l told them to do. No more, no less. They then cleaned up all the mess and left my yard looking great. Very happy with their service.

Great workers, efficient, quick, and cleaned everything! On time and very knowledgeable. The team trimmed 5 overgrown trees, and other than the trees, can’t tell they were here!

UPDATE 03/20/25: Joe Benigno's Tree Service was recently transferred to a new owner, Justin Warren. He reached out directly and he made things right. His team came out and grinded the stump for us, at no additional charge. He was extremely nice and really understands customer service. I've changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars as a result. Based on this new interaction, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Justin for future tree needs.
ORIGINAL REVIEW for posterity:
I had a coupon so I figured I would try out Joe's service. We're in South Lake Tahoe so we had to wait a little while to have our tree cut down, but that was fine. Unfortunately though, they didn't finish the job...despite having a conversation with Joe about grinding the stump, they didn't do it. I was very patient and got another appointment for them to do that work. Then they came out and said they couldn't get their stump grinder down our path and we needed to cut down another tree to make room which I would need to pay for. I found another local company that did it for half the price but then after they finished, Joe said he never agreed to grind the stump in the first place and I would have to pay more for that.Was very disappointed in the overall service after that even though most of the work was done well.
