After 43 days of my initial Warranty request to fix my Fridge's (Ice Maker), the Sears Rep finally completed the task. This included ordering parts (twice), missed appointments, cancelled appointments, rescheduling appointments, multiple text alert messages (daily), multiple emails messages (daily) and then no shows for appointment. I lost several days pay by being home waiting from (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on "no show" Reps. Anyway... thanks for the Ice.
