Constraction reviews in Henderson, Nevada

I purchased a home recently and the A/C was repaired by Stella during the sale. Shortly after purchasing my home, the A/C stopped working again so I called Igor at Stella and he went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the problem. Turned out to be a tripped breaker, an easy fix thankfully but Igor helped walk me through a few simple diagnostic tests over the phone and it ended up saving him a trip and me some $$. A stand up guy and a great company to work with.

Our air conditioning system went down at 4:30 and it was 105° outside. They came within 20 minutes, identified the issues and had it fixed in about an hour. The price was very reasonable. The service tech was personable, knowledgeable and made the repairs quickly. I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this company.

Stella LLC is the best company in Las Vegas. Fast, honest, and reliable. We had problems with our AC units in 110 degrees day, Igor came and fixed them in the same day we called. Thank you, Igor!!

Had a new AC condenser installed by Stellar LLC. Igor was extremely professional and very responsive. He came to check out the old unit in a very short notice within the same day, gave me a diagnosis and the best price in town for replacement. Condenser was installed the very next day and was checked thoroughly before leaving for leaks etc. very happy with the entire experience by Stellar. Thank you

I purchased an HVAC unit from Stella about 2 years ago. Igor was always professional and courteous and was an excellent worker. I recently called him back to do some preventative maintenance. He was quick and efficient and briefed me on an issue that will need attention in about 6 months. The heads up was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Stella to anyone!

These guys are amazing. 1 day consultation, 1 day communication, 1 day installation. Fast and easy process!! Our air conditioning condenser went out in June, vegas heat. These guys took care of us within a couple of days!! Amazing. I will do business with them again for inside air conditioning maintenance towards early next year as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Unfortunately, we've had another water leak disaster on the property. Fortunately, Stella LLC was just a quick call away. The company manager made it to my property asap to assess the damage, and also gave recommendations to prevent a disaster for two apartment owners.
Very professional, great communication skills and customer service. Estimates are given on the same day and schedule is set promptly. The team shows up on time and proper communication will be made in case of any unforeseen changes.
If you don't have a lot of time to chase the plumber to get an estimate or to come back to correct the mistake, Stella LLC is the company to work with.

Igor to the rescue! I needed a new HVAC, and quotes from 4 other companies were $12,300-$19,000+. Stella LLC quoted $9800, and I upgraded one level and paid $10,900. It was installed within days, and Igor came out quickly the following day to repair a problem with the ductwork that no one was aware of. It took several hours to fix; he probably could have charged me for that additional work, but didn't. I highly recommend his company.

Great job by Igor. Very professional, he knew what he was doing. He checked the system thorough and found the leak at a bad connection near the outdoor unit. Repaired the bad pipe and filled up with refrigerant at a fair price. Alex helped a lot as well. I am very happy with Stella LLC, would recommend anytime.

I was impressed with his professionalism, and his determination to get this fix for my mother on Mother's Day. She's bedridden, and he came behind NV Energy and fixed whatever they miss wired. I will keep him as a main contact for as long as I can. If you want your work done right? Go to Ivan, don't waste your time on others.

I contacted Igor to come out and do a diagnostic check on my AC units as we anticipate for a hot Summer. He came out ran a full diagnostic and only charged me the service fee. I contacted this company due to all the excellent reviews, and they most definitely lived up to the superb customer service that was a common theme on all of their reviews. Igor was extremely honest and more than fair on the fee. I will be using this company for all my AC and plumbing needs. Thank you again, Igor for your integrity and honesty.

I have multiple properties and have dealt with a ton of AC companies and let me tell you Stella LLC is the best one out there. Igor's services are very reasonably priced, he knows what he is doing, he's honest but the best part of all is that he doesn't try to take advantage of your desperation in 110+ degree weather. The majority of the other companies will try to rip you off because they know you don't have a choice.
He's my go to guy and if you're looking for someone reliable you should give him a call.

If I could only have an option to give 10 stars to Stella LLC and Igor!
Professional, fast, detail oriented with a strong emphasis on customer service . Integrity is a key when you choose to work with Stella LLC.
The best part: every step of the project was done on time or ahead of the schedule and Igor stayed on the top of communication to track the progress for us.
Costwise it was best option out of 5 estimates we received. He came promptly when we needed and sent the estimate on the same day. Igor did everything to accommodate the needs of every party that was involved in the very urgent property restoration project.
Very good experience.
Very happy this honest, professional and hard working company is in town

As a business owner I had a fantastic experience working with Stella LLC. I recently hired them to fix my air conditioner. They came on time, identified the issue and repaired the problem on the spot. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dependable contractor.

Don’t look anywhere else—Stella LLC is the way to go! Igor is amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and truly knows his job. He was quick, efficient, and got everything done within the timeline we needed. He gave us great advice and presented the right options. I’ll definitely continue working with him and will be referring him to all my family, friends, and clients. Thank you, Igor!

Stella LLC repaired my AC unit and installed my over-the-stove microwave. Their Communication was amazing and the technician was always on time, courteous, and professional. I will refer them to friends and family for any issue of which they offer services.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Fast service. Fantastic job done. Thank you so very much. We were redoing our floors and didn't know we had issues with the floor underneath. I called and they came out same day for estimate and next day to do the job. Lifesavers

Fast, fair priced, great communication, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Mobile Home AC wasnt putting out cold air when we got home this afternoon. The outdoor temp was well over 100 and indoor temp was 80 and rising. We called 2 different companies, and then a guy we know but couldn't get anyone asap. With it going to be 106 today the pets couldn't wait. Stella LLC was on it!!!! We called, and Igor was out to investigate within the hour. He had everything diagnosed and the new fan installed in about an hour. Less than 2 hours total and we were back to being comfortable. Amazing work. Thanks!

Igor & his team did an excellent job and his team was very communicative and clean. Indoor and outdoor work was completed and I couldn’t be happier. They removed a hot tub, repaired concrete, replaced and installed toilets, created runs behind mounted tv’s, removed and replaced out dated light fixtures, performed water heater code updates, and installed a kitchen faucet. Can’t recommend Igor and Stella enough - thank you, Stella team!

I received five star service from Stella. They responded promptly and were at my house in 30 Igor was friendly and efficient. He had my AC up and running in no time. And for a reasonable price. These guys really know what they are doing!
