Custom Home Builder reviews in Henderson, Nevada

Great people, great workmanship, great business!

I would like you to give me estimate on a house design how much would cost me to build it.

We loved working dream! Awesome company! We look forward to our new house build!

Ray, Cyndi, & Austin are the hook up, if you want something done right. They built us a beautiful casita and spa.

Called for an estimate twice, once on the morning of 8/21 and again on 8/22. Never got a call back and was told both times by the person answering the phone that an estimator would call me as soon as possible. It's now 8/26 and I'm forced to look for a contractor elsewhere.. If this is how they treat potential customers I'm afraid of how I might be treated once I've already given them money!

called a few times needing an estimate for our bathtub/shower remodel for an insurance claim. No one called us back. I guess they don't need the money that bad...

The Henderson CRUSH youth football team would like to say a huge Thank You for sponsoring and saving our program.
Not only is this company top notch, but they also give back to the community.
Strongly suggest using this company. 🙏🏼

Dream Construction sent a representative to my home to look at the purposed room addition to my home, a 12 x 10 3rd bedroom addition 1st floor.. I was advised that it was a simple enough job for the company to perform and I would receive an estimate in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks no estimate, after contacting the contractor Randy Anderson several times I was then advised they were just finishing up the details and would get back to me. On October 31st I again contacted Randy who told me I should have an answer Monday Nov 3rd. On Tuesday Nov 4th I left a message still nothing and that I needed the Bid quote because I wanted to get started. I received a message the same day left on my phone with a lame excuse that " they were slammed with other work and would not be able to perform to meet my standards " No further excuse given. This is a pathetic way do do business and totally unprofessional. But in the end it's their loss as I am going with another company I trust who have done work for me before. I should note: this is not a matter of credit as I am paying CASH $$$ for the addition and have NO MORTGAGE on this home...

Did not have the pleasure of working with them as others have. June 17th inquired with them about a add on. He canceled meeting with me for the 18th of June. Rescheduled for july 15th after my vacation. No issues he arrives, we speak about what I want, he measures and said he will send estimate/proposal. August 13th still no estimate so I reach out. He says he hasn't done it yet as he is behind. OK send to me when you do it. September 26th still no estimate, he says he still hasn't done it yet gives my a price of 150k from a house he "did" a year ago. I said i still want a estimate as I need to figure out logistics of everything. No reply, so here we are October 10th review time. NICE ENOUGH GUY BUT IF THIS IS HOW HE HANDLES BUISNESS THEN IM GLAD TO NOT TO WORK WITH THEM.

The quality of their work is excellent and I would highly recommend them! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

My experience with Dream Construction was fantastic! We were looking to convert our garage into living space for my mother to move in with us. Steve was my initial contact with the company, he was very nice and answered all of my many questions. He listened to all of our concerns and provided an itemized estimate so we could make the choices that fit within our budget. Austin was our project manager and he was also very nice and professional. He was in touch with us very often and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. Our project was complete well before originally anticipated, even after unexpected issues with our existing wall structure were discovered (and fixed!) and we are extremely happy with the results! We certainly will recommend them to any friends that have construction/remodel needs!

Family owned builders who are a breath of fresh air when it comes to the service and product they provide to my clients. Integrity and transparency in the home building process. As a professional real estate advisor they are one of my go to’s for luxury custom homes.

Working with Cynthia and Dream Construction proved to be a great experience. Her expertise in real estate & and building guidance exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend her services.

I used Dream Construction for tenant improvements for my law firm. From start to finish, I cannot say enough good things about the company. I speak as an experienced business owner who has had less than ideal contractor experiences in the past. This company and family is as solid as they come. The work was done timely, communication was great, pricing was fair and transparent, change orders were not a problem, and they are super responsive to the customer. No matter how small or large the request was, it was always possible and always received with great attitude. Timelines were always met and we could not be more pleased with our commercial tenant improvement project! I highly recommend Dream Construction Co., without reservation.

I highly recommend Dream Construction for home remodeling or custom home builds, I have a positive experience collaborating with them as a trade partner.

We have worked with the team at Dream Construction multiple times on renovations ranging from a small condo to a larger home. Cyndi, Ray and Austin and their entire team are friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. From the time of the initial consultation and walkthrough to the final wrap up items, they always have great suggestions and feedback. The work is always completed with very high quality and the end results of each one of our renovations have exceeded our expectations. We would strongly recommend Dream Construction to anyone and will definitely contact them again when our next project comes along!

I have been working with Dream for over 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work & expertise in custom home building and construction.

Cynthia is an exceptional professional who exceeded my expectations in both custom home building and real estate. Her attention to detail, creativity, and expertise in dream homes is unmatched. As an agent, she demonstrated unparalleled knowledge of the market and provided invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. Cynthia's dedication, passion, and commitment to her clients are truly remarkable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted partner in building or buying their perfect home.

From start to finish, Cynthia is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive real estate agent. She takes the time to understand exactly what her clients are looking for and guide them through every step of the home-buying process with patience and expertise. As a member of builder’s team she makes sure that the entire process, from initial planning to the final walkthrough, is smooth and transparent. I’m beyond impressed with Cynthia’s work and would recommend her and the Dream Construction Co. to anyone looking to buy/build their dream home.

We work with Dream as structural engineers. They are very professional. They do not cut corners. They always make sure they are doing things the right way.

Dream did a great job on my RV garage, I added a few extra items during construction and they were more that fair on the pricing of the extras.
