Yesterday, Tonny requested that I send all the photographs and videos showcasing the school’s premise that your company, K&N Construction, will provide the buildout.
Tonny, also confirmed our meeting at the Starbucks location at 8:30 a.m. on June 3rd, 2025, to discuss the plans, cost, and fees for the buildout.
I invested in punctuality and was prepared for our 8:30 a.m. appointment. However, he did not arrive or responded respectfully to my seven calls and text messages. At least one of these messages should have informed me if he is still coming or had to cancel, so that I could avoid waiting over an hour and a half.
I even contacted his K&N Construction office and spoke to Anna at 9:41 a.m. She was unaware of Tonny’s today meeting scheduled. I called and spoke to Leny, the K&N Construction projected manager, and he was also clueless. He had explained that Tonny might have sent him the incorrect address for the 8:30 a.m. appointment. Our meeting was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. with Tonny, not Leny. Tonny did not communicate to me that he was sending Leny instead? Leny did not arrive nor did he call to confirm that he was meeting with me at the correct location.
Furthermore, Tonny had me wait on him and his company’s buildout estimate for over a month until he returned from Vietnam. He deliberately missed the 8:30 a.m. appointment without prior notice or even answering my seven phone calls and several text messages inquiring about his whereabouts.
If K & N Construction is too busy and unable to commit to other people’s legal documents and buildout project deadlines, please be transparent so that time is respected. If this is how Tonny manage his customers’ time and projects, under their financial burden and expenses, then this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Is this how the owner, Tonny, of K&N Construction operates his business? Evidently, showcase of a lack of time management and confusion among K&N Construction’s staffs?
Finally, I received Tonny’s tactful text response at 10:21 AM: “I have a family emergency. Sorry my family first” After I called around to lodge a complaint about the wasted time, he responded in this manner. Does this means, that K & N Construction customer’s deadline and potential financial burden does not prioritize?
K&N Construction’s time management is unacceptable and it operate like a joke!
