We worked with Mark on the front yard design and drafted up a great design we were happy with. Edwin and the crew did great knocking out the job in 4 days and were always friendly. A few weeks after completion we had a slight issue and everyone at Centerpoint was fast at fixing the issue, thank you Centerpoint! Highly recommend them!

Centerpoint designed and built our backyard from scratch (gravel). Mark came and met with us and spent time looking at photos of backyard designs we had seen online and incorporated the elements we liked into a custom design for us, something entirely original. Steve then personally supervised the construction. The quality was top notch. No corners were cut. Steve followed the design, added some upgrades and changes as we went along, and stayed on budget. The work crew took the time needed to get everything right. Our friends comment that our backyard is like visiting the Hyatt. We could not be happier.

Centerpoint did an awesome job on our back yard. We basically had a dirt lot for them to work with. They added turf and about 15 plants with water running to each plant. They did all this in 5 days! They’ve also been very responsive with replacing plants that didn’t survive the heat. We’ve had 3 plants that simply couldn’t survive the 110 degree days in Vegas and Centerpoint had had workers come out and replace each plant and give us advice on how to help keep them alive in the heat. Highly recommend!

Steve and his crew did an amazing job on our courtyard project! Although it was not a huge project, there were many moving parts that needed to be planned and executed. First, he needed to demo the mess left by another contractor .... just a disaster left by that company! But, Steve's team developed a cohesive strategy to demo and rebuild appropriately, including proper permits, inspections, and attention to detail; and, communication was always timely and accurate. We couldn't be happier with our finished product! Thanks to the entire Centerpoint Team!

I contacted Centerpoint for landscaping design to which they did a great job on the design. They failed to inform me prior to paying a $10,000 deposit that they could not start the job for 5 months! This was crucial information in order to make an informed decision. Had I known that they were booked so far out, I would have contacted another company for my project. The office manager said that all companies are booked this far out but I found another company to start immediately. I reached out to the owner Steve who tried to cover and say that his team is always up front with timelines. It wasn't until after I paid the deposit and signed the contract that they provided a timeline. The owner Steve refuses to give any refund from my deposit and is trying to justify the $10,000 that I paid so he doesn't have to refund me. They are claiming their design fee is $10,000 despite their website stating they give "free estimates."

Centerpoint did an extensive renovation of my backyard. I specified a list of things I wanted in my backyard and they delivered it all flawlessly. What really sold me on was they were able to fully render the designs and I could visualize and adjust before they even touched ground. Shoutout to Daniel who handled the designs and did a fantastic job. I only wish Centerpoint did interior as well I have projects I would like them to do

I highly recommend Centerpoint Landscaping and specifically Greg Sample for all of your design needs. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and patient. He listened carefully to all of our ideas and inspirations executing them perfectly while allowing us to visualize the concept through the use of 3D software. Centerpoint has a beautiful conveniently located showroom that I recommend making an appointment with Greg to see in person and let him walk you through the process like he did for us. Greg will definitely be the first person I will call for any future projects at my home or business. Thank you again Greg.

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the entire team at Centerpoint. Las Vegas is one big flaky town when it comes to hiring contractors and other service providers. But Centerpoint was upfront from the beginning about the scope of work, showed up on time, stayed true to the bid, and did really fantastic, quality work. The entire management team including Megan the Office Manager, Greg the artist/bidder, the owner of the company and the construction manager, Edwin were all fantastic. They communicated with each other on a daily basis and made sure they stayed on schedule. The workers were truly amazing. The dream team (as I affectionately call them) came out each day and were very particular about the job, spoke perfect English, were courteous, professional and polite and had pride in their workmanship. They showed up every morning bright and early at 7:00 a.m. and left at 3:00 p.m. They were very considerate with my pets and my schedule. The transformation of my yard was nothing short of remarkable. I would highly recommend Centerpoint to anyone who wants a quality job at a reasonable price. What was once wasted space and 30 year old spotty grass is now our little slice of heaven that we enjoy with our friends and family on a daily basis. Wish I would have done this years ago! Thanks to the entire Centerpoint team!!

I want to say thank you to Jesus and his crew at Centerpoint. They are amazing. The crew that worked on my project worked hard and was very professional. They always answered any questions I had as the project progressed. I met with Jesus today and his foreman on the job, and it was a constructive and productive meeting. Centerpoint has been wonderful to work with. I didn't know what to expect, but you all have been great to work with. Jesus went above and beyond to address all concerns during and after the project. He always responded to calls and texts promptly.

Jeremy played a pivotal role in making the contract process with Centerpoint a breeze. His thorough explanations and insightful suggestions made my decision to sign the contract much easier. His expertise was evident when he offered suggestions on aspects I hadn't considered, such as the need for a backyard suitable for aging in place. His design, which incorporated my preferences, was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The transformation of my backyard, thanks to the hard work of Jesus and his crew, is truly astounding! Today's walk-through, where Jesus addressed any remaining concerns, was a clear demonstration of Centerpoint's commitment to customer satisfaction. I am not just satisfied, but absolutely thrilled with my new backyard. I eagerly look forward to enjoying it for many years to come, a testament to the exceptional service of everyone at Centerpoint.

Hired them last year and discussed a throrough maintenance program for our high demand yard. Very disappointed in their rush job, blow and go.

First and Foremost our designer Greg S is five stars all the way. The design, planning , collaboration and vision of what we were looking for in our backyard renovation truly came to life.
Secondly the project started on time (actually earlier than we thought) and we were told it would take about 10 weeks to complete. The company did communicate the proper expectations for the work being done and the majority of work was completed in 9 weeks. There are ankle biter issues of work not being completed or working to capacity that are still being worked on however the majority of work was completed on time.
This is a smaller company though that works and acts like a small boot-strapped business and lacks the infrastructure and tools necessary to effectively communicate with customers on large projects like ours.

I waited 3.5 years to re-do my backyard. The company I chose: Centerpoint Landscaping. So glad I did.

Designer Michelle gave me exactly what I was looking for!! (BTW, she is a UNLV graduate in landscape architecture).👏👏 They honored my budget, kept me informed of getting on the schedule (thanks, Meghan), and finished sooner than indicated. In other words, they underpromised & overdelivered my beautiful yard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We used this company to accomplish a backyard project. The design team was great extremely knowledgeable. While it took a while to begin this project, the more frustrating piece was lack of communication. The teams do not seem to be on the same page. We were promised a nursery walk to pick out the plants for our yard. That didn't occur until the individual in charge of plants dropped off a truck load of them, and we asked if we were going to get a nursery walk. The office staff informed us they had notified the plant guy multiple times of our request. Additionally, the install crew drilled a hole in the granite to run a gas line without consulting us as to if this would be acceptable. They plugged the hole, yet it is still very noticeable. There was supposed to be a walk through at the end of the project, and when we brought up to the foreman damage to the stucco columns he asked if we had paint and told us we could paint it ourselves. Again, we contacted management 3 days later, and they claimed there was a misunderstanding and it was fixed the next day. Attention to details also seems to be an issue as we just found a hole in the stucco outside where the electric was run from the panel to the outdoor kitchen. Overall, good design leads, but poor communication leads to the 2 star review.

This is the second time I have used Centerpoint. I'm a return customer because of their design capabilities and hard working and capable crew. Crew leader Edwin has been my go to for both jobs and met all my needs and finished on time. Front office, Meghan, handled scheduling well and was a pleasure to work with. A big thumbs up for Centerpoint.

I found Centerpoint Landscaping online and I am so happy I called and scheduled an appointment. Saul one of their design assistants came out the day of the appointment and listened very carefully about my desired landscaping needs. He took all the necessary measurements and scheduled a design session with me in the Centerpoint offices. I was very impressed with his presentation and the time he spent with me to ensure all my needs were met. There was no pressure or rush but instead a constant reassurance that Centerpoint would complete the job when and if I decide to sign the contract. Once we finalized the design, I signed the contract and the rest is history.
The landscape lighting package and the backyard redesign turned out amazing! We are truly happy with the results and the professionalism Centerpoint Landscaping provided. Everyone in the office and the team that did the work was truly amazing. They walked me through the entire process and was there to answer all my questions. I would recommend using this company to all my friends and family for all their current and future needs.

We hired Centerpoint for our backyard in our recently purchased new build. Daniel Alvarez was professional and more than willing to listen to what we wanted in our backyard and pool during concept design. When it came to the construction, both Daniel G and Raul and his team did an amazing job and walked us through the entire process. We are more than pleased working with Centerpoint for our backyard!

Six months after having Centerpoint Landscaping redo my front and back yard at a cost of $50,000 I have to say I would not recommend them to any of my friends.
The design they did was nice, but some of my plants died, and the one tree I paid almost $900 for snapped in half from the wind, they added extra rock to existing rock, but didn't match the color, so it looks uncoordinated.
The biggest issue is my gardner whom I have had for over 5 years said if Centerpoint Landscaping was an ethical company, they should have replaced my PVB valve and Irrigation clock automatically when doing a major $50,000 remodeling job on my yard. My PVB valve and pipes are totally rusted out and leaking all over the ground and my Irrigation clock timer is 24 years old and quit working. My gardner said any reliable and ethical company would have automatically replaced those items when replacing all my drip lines, especially since it was such an expensive project and anyone could see that my clock and valve was already rusty and old.
When I called the manager and asked why they didn't replace those items, I was told they were old and worn, but were still working when they did the project, but said they would come out and replace those items and the dead plants for almost an additional $2,000.
Honestly, I would not do business with them again. They definitely do not care about clients once they have your money and have completed the job.

Centerpoint did an amazing job on our landscaping project. They were great to work with and worked well with our home automation company DMC Systems to provide automation to the fire pit so we can turn it on and off from our phone! In all, they had good attention to detail and were on top of every question or issue we had.
