Under a time crunch, Drew was able to have Mike and Carlos come remove several bushes and do a big clean-out of our patio area, including moving large rocks and leveling some dirt. After submitting a request for a few quotes, Drew was quick to respond and follow up; unlike a few other options I reached out to. Once scheduled, the crew was PROMPT (not my previous experience with most landscaping companies). They were efficient and properly cleaned up my property (half an acre) and I have now signed up for monthly maintenance. Thank you Drew, Mike and Rocco.

Aside from great communication, we had an embarrassing amount of weeds, just too much to deal with which left us putting it off, total overwhelm. I was skeptical when the approach for clearing was a weed whacker. The guys got the lot cleared very nicely and I have not seen but a couple weeds since - that was 260 days ago!

Drew came and saw my yard which looked like a war zone. He was very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. Gave a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. I was even schedule for several days out but he called me and was able to do the work sooner then expected. The crew he sent was outstanding and friendly. Bullseye Outdoor Services did a terrific job for me, and caught up on a lot of neglect in a hurry and professionally. The crew that came to the house were topnotch and what they did in a few short hours was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Drew and his team did a phenomenal job with our front and backyard clean up plus irrigation fixes. Fast, efficient and meticulous. Highly recommend them!

First of all, very professional. Calls back right away, keeps in touch every step of the way. Arrived right on time. The guys did an amazing job cleaning up my yard and triming bushes. Also removed dead bushes. I don't need landscaping done every month so find it very difficult to find someone that will even talk to you. Two others actually hung up on me. I am very impressed on with Bullseye. I am selling a house and I told Drew what we needed done. He went out a sent me a detailed estimate that included yard clean up and planting 14 new shrubs. Leading up to them starting he kept in contact with me. After they were finished he asked if I could meet his team at the house to see if there was anything else that needed to be done. It is beautiful. They did a great job.

I knew it was time to do something about my landscaping when I couldn't see two corners of my backyard due to overgrown shrubs and a tree trunk that had fallen from a small multi-trunk tree. Life had gotten in the way and I did not have time to keep up with all the maintenance of the landscaping. I called multiple companies to get quotes on a major one-time cleanup, and Drew of Bullseye was the very first to answer the call.

He was able to provide a quote using several photos I sent along with explanations of what I wanted done (including removing the unstable tree and multiple shrubs), and the quote was actually within the range I expected. He was extremely patient while I discussed everything with the other member of my household before accepting his quote. We had a date set, but I ended up canceling after consulting with a landscape designer whose ideas will change the scope of work I requested from Bullseye (much of the plant removal won't be needed). I didn't want to waste Drew's time while my designer and I figure out what to do with the landscaping, and he was nothing but supportive when I emailed him to cancel, even offering to provide a new quote once everything is nailed down.

Drew was so responsive and professional when he was contacted about this clean-up project. His quote was also reasonable for the amount of work I originally requested - not inexpensive, but within the range I expected. I will not hesitate to contact Bullseye Outdoor Services when I need a major clean-up in the future.

Bullseye is great. They are easy to contact by phone and email, and you can attach pictures, so that they are not going into it blind, or just based on your verbal description. The guys were punctual, efficient and quiet. My backyard was in particular neglected and needed lots of weeds, loose leaves and tree branches removed, and they did it all faster & quieter than I expected. They also removed a couple of dead cherry trees in my front yard. They have the right equipment and experience for the job. I recommend that you hire Bullseye for any and all your outdoor landscaping/maintenance needs.

Company representatives, Drew, showed up on time and as promised. Walked the project with me and took written and video notes exactly the way I wanted. Sent me an estimate the very next day and scheduled the work to be done in two weeks. Work crews showed up on time as scheduled and performed an outstanding job as I wanted. Headache-less work and no surprises. Thank you Drew for your professionalism and paying attention to details. I also appreciate the 10% discount on the entire job.

Based upon a recommendation I received about Bullseye/Drew, I proceeded even though I did not receive the in-advance estimate I requested (to be fair it was a short time frame from when I approved the work to when it commenced, but nevertheless I was advised I would receive). The invoice came in about 20% or so higher than I expected even though the job was not completed (shame on me). Speaking of the invoice, I received it in advance of the work being finished and then received a past due notice the very next day, again prior to completion (even though there was a correction to the invoice that needed to be made to the invoice based upon plant count that Drew readily made). While Drew apologized and blamed it on his billing system, why not fix the billing system? Also, annoyingly, there was also a "tip the crew" prompt on the online invoice. While I often tip workers for their good service, I just do not appreciate being prompted to do so on an online invoice (or premature past due invoice).

Even though I sent photos of the plants I wanted to be planted, all of which Drew indicated would be planted, I was advised by the crew that they could not plant two cacti because they were too large. Also, the crew was unwilling to install the sprinkler control on the inside of my garage as it necessitated simply drilling a hole, but instead wanted to jury rig it on the outside front of the house. Finally, a couple of the crew, while nice guys, were clearly not experienced. So as I learned, really not a full service landscape company.

Conclusion: Receive pricing up front and understand the limitations of Bullseye.

They did a great job! I needed a tree repaired after it was blown over by the wind and they made the process so easy. They even fixed some of the drippers for me at the same time and tested them to make sure they were working before they left. Great experience all around and will definitely call them again if I need more work.

They were the most responsive and professional of the three companies I was working with on quotes. They were flexible with me by squeezing me into their schedule, with a very quick turnaround time/deadline. The guys did a great job & the yard looks great & ready for the summer!
