I am in such disbelief on how bad of a company these people run. It feel to me like they do a bad service on purpose so they can upsell you to keep coming back. I am a luxury real estate agent and investor here in Las Vegas. I used them on my $2M property to get rid of ants that were all over my kitchen only to have them come back month after month as they wouldn't treat the problem, directly and kept doing surface level control. In addition I paid them on a separate time to help with a bee problem I was having in the backyard. They promised if the bees would come back to give them a call and they would take care of it. Month after month they would come back. Obviously they don't want to handle the root of the problem or don't know how to. They're a pest control company that has NO IDEA how to CONTROL PESTS. Save your time and money. I called them to see if they would come to take care of my bee problem that I paid for months on end and also on separate occasions and they refuse to come back without charging me a ton of money. I will be making sure none of my real estate clients and investors use them. Save yourself the headache.

Jason is a stand-up business owner. I contacted Henderson Pest Control because I believed I had a rodent issue. Jason responded to my phone call and was at my house within two days to assess the situation. He has a great demeanor, calm and efficient. He reviewed all areas of my home's exterior, looked for signs of nesting and issues, and explained the process along the way. He was honest and explained that we do not have a need for his service because he didn't see any signs of long-term burrowing or nesting. I appreciate the honesty and a business owner who isn't pushing to make "money" but is true to his word. I will keep Jason's information and recommend him to ANYONE who want's an honest assessment of their home. Thank you!

I had a service by another company before that always was pushy and aggressive salesman. I m happy I found Jason because he is very human that is great at his job too . He always helped me with any bug issue and is always there on time as he promises the time . If I skip 1 time he is totally OK too! When I needed him urgent he was there imidatly . I have 2 young kids and hate bugs. You want a good service with a real good person don't look no more . I m so happy with Henderson pest control .
