Haved used them for years, last experience was less than impressive. The carpets were stretched and cut short leaving gaps next to the baseboards. I was quoted one price and charged another. The owner seemed indifferent when I called to ask about the difference in price. I will not be using this company in the future.

Excellent service! They got spots out of my carpet, and it looks fantastic! They were on-time and worked hard. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Gentleman's name is Everett and if you get a chance to work with him he will take care of you. I had a baby's nap time to work around and Everett called me and moved some things around to make it work. Also, I only had a 8x10 rug and their price included more surface area but I didn't have any more carpet so he added in a few other things to make his service more valuable. They could have not said anything and cleaned my carpet and capitalized on it. Thank you Everett and everyone at Clark county carpet. I have used you many times and will continue.

Don't look anywhere else, this is the company to hire. They took care of a flood from my bathroom that went into my bedroom carpet and lifted the carpet to clean the water, cut out the padding and brought fans to dry it out. After it was all dried they came back and put new padding in, stretched the carpet back and cleaned everything. They were efficient and very pleasant while in my home. This is a great small business that cares about their customer and take pride in their work! They really do out shine the rest!

Crushed it!! CCC is hands down the best carpet and tile cleaning company period! We have used Bryam and his team for about 6 years now. We just moved into a new construction home (about a year and a half ago) and we thought the floors were fine. I had CCC over to clean the downstairs tile and HOLY Moses did those floors look brand new!! Thanks Clark County Carpet Cleaning for always doing such a great job! I have hired this company to clean my carpets twice. The first time, I was renting a condo and for some reason had stains all over the living room. I wasn't sure they'd be able to get them out but they did, all of them! Alvin was so professional and super fast! I called them again and requested Alvin. He came with a coworker and they cleaned three rooms in less than 30 minutes. They were careful with the corners to not let the hose rub against them and the carpets look great, even one room that had pet stains that I thought wouldn't get clean that now looks much better! I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet or tile cleaning company! Thanks!

Excellent service, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable and very professional staff. Jeff and his partner Alvin were the absolute best. We had five rooms of carpet cleaned and a living room carpet stretched to make it look like new again. After they had completed the work they asked that we walk through all the rooms with them to ensure that they had performed the work that we were expecting. We were very pleased, in fact, we will be scheduling Jeff and Alvin to come back and steam clean all tile and grout in our home. The Clark County Carpet Cleaning team is incredible. Called first thing in the morning for an emergency clean up (baby vomit) and they were out at noon the same day. Affordable and outstanding service. I highly recommend.

Just had Ryan and David come to my home. They were very professional and quick. They even helped stretch my carpet and cover some pesky uncovered tacks that were terrorizing my family. Place looks fantastic. I will be using their service again. Ps photos show stains I wasn’t able to get out for years. The stains are gone now. Sadly I don’t have a before photo.

My pool has never looked worse

It has started off well a few years ago, but service became terrible since about a year ago. Water was turning green, but nothing was done to fix it (I had to fix it myself), then this Friday he dumped acid instead of chlorine into my pool by mistake. PH went to 6.4, chlorine 0.1, phosphates way up, alkalinity 13. Dangerous to swim. I have contacted him on Saturday with an opportunity to fix it, but zero reply, and no show. Fired today. Too many mistakes, zero response.

Top notch service! As many people are aware, it can sometimes be difficult to get a contractor scheduled, much less answer your calls! Eugene was the easiest person to communicate with, was able to quickly schedule service without any hassle. His prices are fair! He texted to let me know he was on the way and showed up ON TIME! I also appreciated that I didn't have to lock into some monthly service with him. I needed a filter cleaning because the handles are usually too tight for me to unscrew and the filters are heavy for me to lift. He did the job efficiently and it looks like he fixed an ongoing leak I had as well! Thanks Eugene...you're officially my pool guy now!
